I thought the staff were friendly and professional. I was able to articulate what is was that I wanted and the options were well explained to me. I was very happy with my cut and colour. I appreciate I have a lot of hair and required more time than usual.

Been going here for a few years now as the stylist has given me a cut & style i’m soooo happy with - AND it requires no effort on my part - wash & towel dry and i’m ready to go .... bliss!! ?

I cannot afford to have my hair cut at Toni and Guy every six weeks so on the occasion I can visit the salon, it is always a treat. I was not disappointed with my latest visit. Chelsea looked after me, gave me a great haircut (I know this because its the first thing my wife says to me after I have been) and kept me entertained. Even though it was obvious that the salon was exceptionally busy, I was not rushed - it was great.

1st time at the salon, all staff nice and friendly. June styled my hair and i was very pleased with the outcome. As I didn't know what way to style, June made me feel very relaxed and explained what style would suit best. Will defo visit again.

My stylist was excellent, hair cut was what I requested and finishing was the best I’d had in there after approx 5 trips to the salon. I will be asking for Gillian from now on.

June is simply one of the best stylists I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing. Very professional, friendly and clearly talented in her field. Salon is a bit tired looking in stark contrast to the staff.

This is my second visit and I will continue going extremely relaxed atmosphere and staff very welcoming and friendly great cut and clout

My hairdresser is always Lucie and she's fantastic. She always gives me the most amazing head massage during washing my hair which I really look forward to. She gives me advice on hair care and suggests products. I'm always really pleased with the finish of my hair and she listens to what kind of style and cut I've asked for. She makes conversation but doesn't push or force it which I really appreciate. I know this sounds anti social but going to the hairdressers for me is the time I can relax and destress. I really would recommend her and the salon to anyone.

I love my colour and im very happy with the service here. My only little niggle/pet hate is that sometimes you're sat at a station before it has been cleaned and so I'm having to sit on someone else's cut hair and have my coffee also placed on top of cut hair which is a bit gross 2 look at for the next 2hrs ? I would much rather be kept waiting at reception until the unit is cleaned and ready...just saying. On a positive my stylist is excellent and all the staff are really friendly + professional which keeps me coming back, nice atmosphere, good music and nice styling products ?
