As a redhead I find most hairdressers have difficulty getting exactly the right colour. Georgia got it spot on first attempt. She was very patient and professional. Hi VE already booked another appointment. 5 stars

I am in my mid fifties and during the first lockdown my grey hair was quite prominent and I needed to consider what I was going to do to allow my natural grey to grow through so I decided to change hairdressers and researched various places online, I found Ellen Conlin and read up on reviews, messaged them and got a reply straight away from Ken organising an appointment for as soon as I could make one, I was appointed Georgia (I love Georgia) and my first visit met with a lovely welcome, on the mirror a ‘Welcome Lorraine’ was wrote, I have never looked back, in all my years of various hairdressers I have never found one who was able to give me the colour and style I was happy with, most importantly I wish I had found them many many years ago, I look forward to going now because Georgia knows exactly what I want and for the first time I can relax knowing I love what she does,

As always amazing service from walking in the door to walking out feeling fab. Ryan is a superb at getting my cut & colour just right without me trying to think what I’d like. Apprentices all have super customer service skills. Special mention for Sophie.

Three months since my last cut and was not happy with it so trying a different salon.
Shampoo and head massage was really nice. Had a picture and idea of what I wanted and Georgia was in touch with my request. I almost but not quite got what I wanted. Next day is the big test and it still looks ok.. Would not book a 6 week appointment. Too expensive for me..

Such a wonderful appointment. Was so surprised by the little touches like my name on the mirror when I arrived. Amy was lovely and listened to what I wanted but also what I was wearing etc so the style worked for me. A great salon that I would absolutely recommend and visit again.

Think you got this cut pretty spot on Ellen. Not too short and not too long. Visit to the salon a pleasure as usual even if it does take me half a day.

As always I had an excellent appointment. On time, delightful staff and a stylist who transformed my head from being a tangled, overgrown and wavy mop into a sleek, well shaped one.

Decided my hair needed a bit of a trim Booked an appointment this morning got one with Maxine in the afternoon. Usual professional courtesies, really pleased with my hair, a big thanks to Maxine.

I have been attending for a number of years and the excellent service and attention to detail is always maintained. No hesitation in recommending this salon.

Amy was careful attentive and professional. She was good to chat to and has a really nice personality.

What can I say… my hair was in need of much love and attention and that’s exactly what it (andI) got at ech. Ryan put a lot of thought in to how best to treat my hair and at one point practically the whole team were helping out. My hair looks great and I felt completely pampered the entire day (they also offer a range of beauty treatments and I was lucky enough to try one out - so good!). Already booked my next appointment and would definitely recommend - these guys know what they are doing! Beautiful salon with the loveliest staff.

Lorraine was great, explained the benefits of various facial treatments including the one I had chosen. Also took the time to answer my questions. The CACI facial and products left me feeling great, my skin looked fab.

Maxine did an amazing job on my frizzy hairs , I am so glad that I went to this salon. Can’t stop showing off my new balayage and keratin. Finally found my perfect hair dresser?.Will definitely recommend this salon to everyone

I often feel ill at ease in a hairdressing salon...... but not in your salon........a genuine welcome from the gentleman at the desk eased my anxiety .....and meeting Ellen who took time to listen and explain my options I began to enjoy the whole experience. My hair is hard to manage but with Ellen's skill and experience and love of what she does my hair looked really good and I left feeling happy. Thank you Ellen.

The whole team make such a lovely friendly atmosphere with excellent service. Hannah was excellent and listened to what I wanted. I love my haircut. Would recommend.

Terrific service and a lovely therapist

I had my best ever salon experience ever. I'm 64 years old so thats quite something. Georgia was so wonderful with her care and advice.. all staff were so kind and helpful as I am disabled but nothing was too much trouble and all done with a smile..

First visit to the salon. I felt comfortable that appropriate covid safety measures were in place. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Maxine was excellent- discussed what I wanted, made suggestions and I am very happy with the cut. I’ll definitely be back.
