Chloe is a great stylist , lovely salon all the staff are so professional .

First time attending the salon. From start to finish I received a fantastic service and left the salon extremely happy with the results and the experience as a whole. Very friendly professional staff.

Ryan did a great job, very pleased.

From the moment I entered the salon I felt I was being pampered, which was lovely. A simple, but special touch is to have your seat marked with a Welcome message. Ryan was great and patiently spoke through what he suggested, which was reassuring. He then did what we spoke about with care and precision and provided an excellent experience. All the staff were very welcoming from the minute I arrived. I will definitely recommend your salon. Many thanks.

Amazing as ever - wash, blow dry, clip in extensions and had curls - looked fab and done in under an hour!

Just had the most amazing treatment for my eyebrows. Eva has transformed my brows from barely there to looking super defined with natural looking feather strokes which blend in with my actual brows. Much prefer the result of this new technique of microblading as it looks so much more natural than other forms of semi permanent makeup. Now I won’t need to pencil in my eyebrows every morning. Yay!

Another enjoyable and relaxing experience at Ellen Conlon. Cut and colour are both up to the usual high standard.

She did a very nice job, but it’s not at all what I asked for. I felt a lot of pressure to complement her and make her feel good about the job she did, which really is a fine job, but something totally different. I asked for dark hair with red highlights. I have dark roots and copper hair with dark and blond highlights. I feel a bit like a clown and am about to go on my honeymoon with this silly hair. It’s quality work but I’m the one who has to live with it and, especially for the price, I’d expect to get closer to what I wanted. This is the fourth stylist I’ve had in the last year and a half since coming to Ellen Conlin, so apparently people are routinely leaving or being let go. After this experience, I won’t be back.

why did I leave it sooo long? Well because of work commitments in the South. Ellen first cut & coloured my hair in my early 30's, for a number of years. Then I returned to her in early 2000 when she not only did my hair but my mum's who was suffering from Dementia. She made us both look swish. Now I made my return last week, aged 60 and my cut & colour are fantastic. From making the appointment to visiting the salon I was met with genuine service. And the complimentary glass of bubbles was very kind. See you early February Ellen. In the meantime festive wishes to you Ken and the team x

The staff at Ellen Conlin are warmany, welcoming, and highly professional. Chloe gave me the most beautiful blow-dry, was attentive, interested, and the attention to special details make this a salon that I will be visiting again and again

Absolutely Brilliant Cut & Colour with Chris again, everyone in the salon makes you feel so welcome the service is brilliant and Chris in particular is excellent. Unfortunately again the Beauty let it down, I got the worst hand massage ever, was like being stroked by a wet fish, in 2015 I had a range of treatments and they were all poor my therapist was on her phone texting while I was getting a facial. Can’t fault the hair department and front of house and recommend them all the time but never the Beauty department

I visited your salon yesterday and was in desperate need of colour and a cut . Chris was nothing short of superb . I am delighted with the new colour and he has given my hair a welcome lift with a cut to remove unwanted volume . The most impressive part is that it took longer than expected and I left after closing . Chris was not phased at all at the fact I was keeping him late . To me this is nothing short of excellent customer service as it was my 2 nd time in your salon .

Recently got a blow dry for a special event and Ryan did a really fantastic job- my hair held in place all night, and I got lots of compliments on how nice it looked! I had to change my appointment time at the last minute and the salon was really understanding and flexible. Got a nice warm welcome on arrival and throughout my treatment. I will definitely be back!
