First time at salon yesterday. Needed a miracle which was no problem to Ryan. Cut and coloured to perfection.... will def be back!

My daughter and I had another fabulous colour and style yesterday with everyone in the team. Ryan coloured and cut my hair and Chloe transformed my daughter’s hair. The service is exceptional! Thank you to all the staff who looked after us.

I am so pleased with my lash lift, it makes my lashes really stand out and look as though I’m wearing mascara or even false lashes! Lorraine was very professional and talked me through all stages of the procedure so I knew what was going on! The added bonus of having a tint top up in 2 weeks is brilliant! Thanks so much Lorraine, I’m very happy with them and will definitely be getting them done again once it has worn off x

I don’t normally book in with any particular stylist (as they are all great) but recently I was in the very capable hands of Ryan, who was incredibly attentive and thorough in giving me the exact cut and colour I wanted! So pleased. All the staff here are always wonderful. See you again soon! :)

Totally love my cut, the best I have had and will be back. Chris is amazing but I fear if I recommend him too highly I will not get another appointment with him as he will be inundated with new requests !!! Hahahaha. He is a complete star and look forward to my hair growing back and Chris doing it again. Huge thanks to Chris and all the Ellen Conlin Staff.

Had first ever hair appointment at Ellen conlins and have to say I was delighted with the service. Ryan was a miracle worker. The attention to detail was excellent from walking in to a welcome message on the mirror (which was a lovely touch), to being delighted with both cut and colour of my hair walking out. I have very fair brows and lashes naturally. Lorraine does a great job tinting my brows so that they aren’t too dark compared to my reddish blonde hair. The lash tint is great too; it really brightens up my eyes.

Loved my experience at ECH, looked after from start to finish and loved how interested everyone was in how my colour turned out. I will be back.

Excellent service & fantastic wax & eyebrow tint. Lorraine was lovely and had a fantastic knowledge of products.
Best salon in West End in my opinion & I have been to lots and thought they were average in comparison to this one.

All of the staff were so lovely and really went the extra mile to make sure you have a pleasant experience and my bouncy blowdry has lasted three days!

I always have an amazing experience with Chris. He is not only a genius when it comes to highlights, he consults for as long as you need at the start, he makes you feel like you are listened to and is a complete gentleman on all levels. I could recommend him enough. My hair is natural looking and I love the colour!
