Great blow dry

Met Maxine for the first time and I'm so grateful for it. I was in for a blow dry with fringe trim and left with my hair looking like a brand new cut. Condition was fantastic and fringe trim made my hair look edgy and fun again. Can't wait to go back.

A huge thanks to Chloe for removing/putting back in my extensions. The colour match was perfect. She cut and styled my hair/extensions exactly as I wanted. A big thanks to Chloe.

Ryan did a fabulous job of correcting a self dye disaster. He was also friendly, pleasant and did a really professional job.
I also liked the personal touch of writing a welcome on my mirror not to mention the tv beside each chair which is a godsend when you’re getting a colour that takes a while.
Tea coffee or bubbly also offered on arrival and topped up as you wanted.

My eyebrows were really sparse, thanks to Lorraine who suggested lamination and a tint they look so much thicker, really pleased, thanks.

Love coming here for beauty and hair treatments... staff are all so lovely ? today was for brows and lash lift and as always Lorraine never fails to disappoint.... Fabulous result of lash lift after recommendation of using revitalash... wow the difference! And henna brows so defined. Would highly recommend Lorraine and the salon ?

As the experts say - it’s the first impression that counts and that impression started with my first ever call to ECH when I spoke to Karen. She quickly understood my concerns and how unhappy I was with my hair. She was the voice of calm and assured me I was on to the right place. An appointment was made for Chris the next day. Chris has made me smile again. He rebooted my hair and my confidence has returned. After two years of limbo from one bad hairdresser to another my hair was the worst colour and worst condition it had ever been. Chris sorted this in 3 hours He was great and reassured me all the eay from colour to cut. The team, the ambience and the glass of fizz were exceptional. I look forward to going back and leaving my car at home the next time!!!

It’s always a five star service in Ellen Conlin and my most recent visit was fabulous! Chloe did my colour and extensions which I’m delighted with. She is a true asset to the salon - warm, fun and friendly whilst knowledgable and professional. I also had my eyebrows and lashes tinted by the other Chloe who was also lovely and made a wonderful job of my tints. Everyone in Ellen Conlin go the extra step and I always leave happy but this time I’m absolutely delighted. Thanks Chloe, Sophie, Chloe and every at EC! ❤️

Absolutely adore coming into the salon. I’m always so unorganised and Ken at reception always manages to fit me in for everything I need, even having my hair and nails worked on at the same time when I’m in a rush. Always feel so pampered and spoilt in the salon and leaving feeling glorious. Chris, Chloe, Erin, Rachel, Ellen and Ken have all been brilliant over my visits over the past year or so. Addicted to the salon!!

My visit was a very pleasant experience

Amy, Joel and ellen were super knowledgable, made me feel so comfortable and put me at ease. I was embarrassed about a flaky scalp and didn’t want to show anyone and within mins I felt so comfortable.
The salons attention to detail was amazing and I would recommend anyone with any scalp issues to go along and have a chat - my hair looks so healthy now.
The before and after echoes of my scalp (using the scalp tech camera) showed what a difference using the correct products makes.

This was my 3rd visit to Chloe and ECH and have definitely found the one. I have very thick, naturally curly hair and Chloe listens , doesn't laugh at my unrealistic photos and ideas ? She's really lovely and helps me work with my hair and is always looking for feedback the next time. Salon staff are friendly, attentive and helpful . It's worth the journey to get there and I would highly recommend. Thanks!

I went in to get hair my hair done and was offered a beauty treatment while I was there, so I opted to have my eyebrows shaped and tinted. Chloe made an absolutely beautiful job if them, and it was such a treat to get them done before going on holiday. She also offered me a complimentary file and polish for my nails, which sadly I didn't have time for...next time Chloe!!

This was my first ever visit to the salon after being recommended by a friend. I had Henna Brows done here for the first time by Chloe. I cant thank her enough, she was polite, professional and listened to what I wanted. The end result in my opinion is amazing and I will definitely be returning for more treatments

— well, let's just say *sensitive* regions. Chloe makes it easy. She's professional, knowledgeable and gets you involved in the process, which somehow makes it slightly less undignified.
