What a different experience to my usual waxer, I usually find a Brazillian wax agony but I can honestly say it was bearable. I couldn't believe it.
I was made to feel very comfortable. I've rebooked for 5 weeks and have recommended your salon to my friends.
Very impressed. The staff were very friendly and professional. The premises in Bath Street were clean and very upmarket. Didn't hurt as much as expected. Great results. Will come again!

The staff member was very kind and professional, and I really appreciated her effort.
However, I was quite disappointed with the final result, as a noticeable amount of hair was not removed. I understand that the hair length may have been shorter in some areas, but I wasn’t informed beforehand that this could affect the result.
Given that this is a full-price Hollywood wax (£40), I was expecting a more complete result. I would have appreciated either being advised to reschedule or offered an adjustment in the service or price.
I hope you understand my concern, and I would appreciate if you could offer a solution, such as a discount or partial refund.
