Elly provides great and professional service. She is friendly and welcoming, she always makes sure I feel comfortable during the waxing and it makes me feel relaxed. Results are great as well, skin is smooth afterwards and she has a lot of knowledge. When I came first time I was quite stressed but she answered all if my questions regarding waxing. I had an appointment with Rochelle at Designer Waxing today and I honestly couldn’t recommend her highly enough. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease.
She was so friendly, professional and reassuring, and the whole appointment was incredibly smooth and much more comfortable than waxing experiences I’ve had elsewhere. Rochelle was thorough, efficient and clearly very experienced, but never made the appointment feel rushed.
I left feeling genuinely impressed — and, most importantly, able to walk and sit normally afterwards! 😂
