I have never experienced a service like this before. From the first moment that Emma introduced herself to me I felt I was in safe and knowledgeable hands. She put me at ease with her calm and gentle nature, really listened to me and talked me through what she would be doing. Emma is an a true gem in both her skills as a stylist and in her beautiful nature. I truly appreciate everything she did for me and look forward to my next appointment. Thank you Emma x

Jenna is always so warm, welcoming and friendly! She is great at giving tips and advice on colour and cut and always does an outstanding job!! I've been with her for years now and couldn't rave about her enough! The bloom team in general are also just amazing- super attentive, professional, friendly and lovely people all round! Blooms products are also a great quality & ethos!

Angel is amazing at colouring, cutting and styling my hair she listens to what you want and advises what products to use. Angel is very efficient and has great time management during appointments with everything running on time. Angel is always asking if there is anything that I need, friendly professional and a great ambassador for bloom. I always feel great when I leave and get compliments on my hair. All the staff at Bloom are very nice and helpful and always eager to please, booked my next appointment before leaving to ensure I get in early with no disappointment. I was a bit disappointed because my ear was hit by the comb quite roughly. The comb also fell down a couple of times. One time I caught it and the other it fell on floor, but was not cleaned or replaced. The appointment wasn't the full time slot and I was charged £13 more than I normally pay without an explanation as to why. I usually have to tidy up little missed bits on my hair at home afterwards. Its just the attention to detail and extra time should be taken to cveck things. However, I have been patient and I do like her and think she has potential as a hair stylist. I just think for £63 it is a lot of money for what I get. The very short shiatsu was not to the standard I have received before by Preeti or the young trainee helper. In fact the young trainee gave the best one despite her being only 15 or 16 years of age. In a previous appointment a fragrance spray was used without asking me, when I have perfume allergy and this had to be washed off.

My stylists name was Kamil. He was very attentive, listened to my needs, took time with my cut, explained everything and gave me some great tips. I absolutely love my new hairstyle. Fantastic job.

Had an amazing experience with my blow dry got so much amazing tips on my hair how to style it wash it dry it and what to use . Also my stylist was great to chat to and made me feel so welcomed il definitely be back the shine off my hair and the condition after it was great . 5 star service .

I was late for my appointment ( train delays) but was still welcomed into the salon. Aimee really listened to what I wanted and spent a lot of time cutting my hair and paying attention to detail, I was very pleased with the result, I finally left a hairdresser feeling really good.

Angel stepped in as I couldn't get my usual stylist and she did a lovely job. Very pleasant and attentive & tamed my heavy fringe to perfection!

Abby was my stylist, lovely and very welcoming. Love my new style, great stylist I would highly recommend Bloom and Abby. Everyone goes above and beyond to accommodate my husband who always comes with me thank you all very much.

Aimee works miracles with my hair. Her blow drying technique is amazing and makes my hair feel so light. Such a great cut, always a lovely experience and offered neck and shoulder massage which was delightful. Lovely choice of teas and coffees and just overall amazing luxurious service.

5 stars amazing colour. I travel over an hour to come because Jenna is first-class and lovely person.

I had a fab time with Kirsty and my hair came out stunning! She is the first hair stylist I’ve had that has cut my fringe exactly how I wanted and dealt with my tangly hair without causing me any pain. We had lush chats and I look forward to our next appointment together!

Since my daughter’s first visit at bloom she wanted Aimee as her stylish she really liked the way she cut her hair thanks a million.

Kirsty was super friendly, giving lots of advice and listened to what I was looking for,checking back on my previous haircut too! Always have a good time at Bloom.

The team was really accommodating and accepted my walk in appointment request. I had a lovely haircut with Jade and am really happy with the results. Jade was also really good about asking me if there were any changes to the length or layers that I wanted and making adjustments when I asked. I would definitely recommend Bloom!

Due to illness it was over 6 weeks since my last cut. Jade was faced with a lot of thick, straight but soft hair. The ideas we discussed and the time she took in styling paid off and I am delighted with the result.

First and foremost..I was so sad to hear your shop/salon is moving 😢 I have been passing by here for 12 years on way to my work..it's also so handy for the bus 🚌 drop off and getting on..so central to everything..please stay🙏..and secondly..I was almost in tears for the girls in the Spa who have been told of their imminent redundancy..maybe you can shuffle the new shop around to fit them in too.🙏 My facial with Vikki was totally awesome and relaxing💆‍♀️..Thank you and my Mum Madge got lovely neon pink 🩷 gel toenails..such a wild choice..Mum @ 86 loves them. I’ve started the process of going blonder for summer with Jenna, throughout every appointment Jenna is really realistic and talks me through what is achievable whilst keeping in mind the condition of my hair too (my hair is naturally very dark and warm toned). It’s really reassuring as it’s obvious Jenna is very knowledgeable and knows what she is talking about, so I completely trust her and the process. I think it’s really nice having a hairdresser who is realistic and works with you to achieve your hair goals. I feel she gets exactly what I want and trust her in achieving this. The salon vibes are really chill and nice too which is lovely.
