Best massage I've ever had was so relaxing and linzi was so lovely. Kayleigh then gave me a bouncy blow dry and it was the perfect afternoon.

Had a great blow dry from Kirsty today, I have a lot of hair and some stylists struggle first time but Kirsty managed it no bother at all, would highly recommend Kirsty and salon.

Had the most amazing back massage with Nikki today, I'd go as far as saying it's the best I've ever had and I have quite a few in my day. Nikki was so professional and made me feel so relaxed, she recommended products for me to help with issues I've been having. I will definitely being returning and would highly recommend Nicki and the salon to anyone.

Cannot fault Bloom in any way. The girls are fabulous and make you feel so welcome and comfortable. The setting is relaxing. I would recommend the girls at the salon to anyone who asked

The cut was perfect. But the colour came out quite of an unexpected tone. Understand that it wasn't going to be blonde and warmth was more than expected, but after lightening my hair today it turned out to be darker than it was. Not sure why, looked at it closer when got home just now and compared with the photos of my hair before the salon visit. I already had highlights so this was not the first lightening procedure on those strands of hair. To be honest I'm not quite sure how I feel about my hair colour result.
I know Alanna did her best, desired colour isn't guaranteed but bleaching should leave the hair lighter but not darker....

Had a fantastic massage with Lynsey. Then a fantastic cut and blow dry with Kirsty. Both absolutely lovely professional girls, who made me feel welcome and at ease, very polite and will be returning.

I wasn’t sure what I wanted & was a bit apprehensive but with Jenna’s expertise she knew exactly what would work & what wouldn’t & I needed have stressed , I was in such good hands from start to finish & I love my new hair cut & colour . Thank you Jenna your the best ?.

The team made me very welcome and everything felt safe and clean and jade gave me an amazing shoulder massage which made up for the lack of other frills of the past which we can no longer have (magazines tea and hand massages!) Cut and toner with David and perfect experience as always. My hair just looked absolutely amazing afterwards. I just leave David to do his own thing and he always does such a fabulous job. He knows exactly what suits me. Love my hair!

After a long week of nightshift my wonderful experience in the salon was just what I needed to relax and recover.
My back neck and shoulder massage was just perfect, honestly the best I’ve had.
Lynsey was able to pinpoint troublesome areas and knew exactly how to work them out.
Can’t wait to return, think I have to make it a monthly thing.
My blow dry with Nicole was great also, she gave me some good tips for my struggles with thin hair. I had a spring in my step when I left.

Great people who know what they’re doing. Friendly and funky atmosphere. My cut and colour is always beautifully executed. What you’d expect from an Aveda Salon. No snootiness either, which I love!

Nikki always looks after you very well and explains everything well. The massage is always enjoyable and relaxing, and you come away feeling much better!

Hollie has been my stylist for several years now and her advice and expertise are always to a high standard. I’m very particular about what I want in terms of colour and style and Hollie never lets me down on this. She is very knowledgable and recommends the best products to use for my hair type. The girls at reception are lovely and always make me feel welcome, great experience around.?

I love my experience at Bloom with Kayleigh! Things were running pretty late which added a bit of stress as I had commitments after my appointment but Kayleigh was so attentive and unrushed. She really listened to what I wanted and was such a perfectionist! I hope to book in for a colour soon. The Aveda products are gorgeous which makes paying a little extra worthwhile - it’s a luxury salon experience. Best cleaning standards I have seen!

First visit since easing of lockdown. Welcoming and safe salon with plenty of space. Didn’t miss the little extras as much as I thought I would. Kayleigh was attentive, considerate and informative about process /products used. Love the colour and cut.
