First visit since easing of lockdown. Welcoming and safe salon with plenty of space. Didn’t miss the little extras as much as I thought I would. Kayleigh was attentive, considerate and informative about process /products used. Love the colour and cut.

Kayleigh was very precise and cut and styled my hair exactly the way I asked. She took a lot of time to make sure I was happy relaxed and comfortable. First class ?

Preeti was truly very professional and an absolute delight, so pleased with my colour and whole experience. I was so impressed with the level of service she gave, so thorough and listened to what I was looking for.

Bloom never fails to disappoint! The beauty area has been remodelled during lockdown and is even lovelier- a real oasis of calm.

Nicole (not listed above, unfortunately) was awesome from start to finish. She was clearly really passionate about what she was doing and about getting it right for us both. She took time and we had a great chat. I was delighted with the results.

I decided to change my style and got great advice on what would work for me. I love my hair now. Also, it’s passed the first wash and completely manageable myself!

Felt safe throughout appointment. Excellent email previously regarding procedures salon would take from your arrival until departure. One small negative was products which I purchased were not sanitised before bagged which the prep email sent states.

Felt safe with the policies put in place , Preeti was also great and did an amazing job of my hair! Fixed my dodgy lockdown hair cut and recommended a great colour!

I had a wonderful 3 hours of bliss being treated to a balayage and some great chat. Gill was really knowledgeable and guided me in what would work best for my hair tone, complexion and face structure. Couldn’t have been happier with the finished product she is a very talented stylist. Looking forward to the next visit already! X
