The staff are very friendly and always happy to help when I can't decide what colour to choose.
They are very attentive as they remember conversations and always ask how I am and did I enjoy my holiday.
Highly recommend shapes to anyone who is looking for a good hairdresser and are always happy to listen ...its a nice wee touch ...wouldn't go anywherelse...
