Womankind is brilliant and never lets me down for facial waxing

My skin felt wonderful after the facial and the therapist was very professional throughout the treatment

I thought the facial was amazing and my skin was radiant afterwards. I would certainly get one again. The only negative thing I would say I did not like the feel of the plastic gloves on my skin. I do realise that the staff have to wear the gloves due to Covid restrictions. Sorry I can’t remember the name of the therapist but she was very welcoming and made me feel very relaxed throughout.

Rosin worked her wonders again today. Love my eyelashes and my nails for my daughter’s wedding on Friday. Can’t thank her enough. I always feel a million dollars when I leave the Salon.

Enjoyed facial and massage however it would have been nice for some information on my skin ie:- what was my good , bad, dry, oily bits etc

Unfortunately, it was the most horrible experience of my life.
The master was completely unprofessional!!
While cutting the length, the master cut the skin to blood and instead of using an antiseptic, she removed the blood with her finger(!).
The salon declared itself that it can remove acrylic nails, but they tormented me with removing them for more than 2(!!) hours, almost 4h in total, and they just as badly damaged my natural nails.
The nail extension service is not very professional as well, it feels like a master is doing this for the first time. I paid in total £ 55, the manicure looked terrible, started to break from the next day, I could not even do some basic things (like a change my baby's diapers or wash my hair), as it was very painful.
The customer service is just as terrible: I sent an email, they got it, but they said that their internet wasn’t working and they didn’t see anything (I am sure that they received my email, because in the same letter I asked to cancel my appointment with the hairdresser, which they did)
I DO NOT HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

A really relaxing treat for someone who is always on the go, I would like to thoroughly recommend the Biotech facial with Lauren. My skin is really glowing and plumped after this lovely treatment which was also very indulgent and relaxing, giving me a shoulder massage, plus arms and hands in a cosy heated bed! There were various stages to the facial so it was really good value for money. Lauren kept me well informed of what she was doing at each stage, with a cooling peel off mask being a real highlight for me. This would be a great way to maintain your skin on a regular basis with lots of tips from Lauren on what products to use. I walked out not even feeling that I needed to put make up back on which is not like me, as my skin looked and felt amazing. Overall excellent, and I can't wait to go back!

Neiva has done my nails for a while her attention to detail is great just what you expect a manicure to be. Such a lovely girl who is very friendly and makes you feel special.

Lauren is clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about skincare. She really cares about the service she provides for her clients and tailors treatments accordingly.

Everyone made me feel welcome, from the receptionist to my Therapist. Other staff members were also welcoming. The treatment was fully explained and aftercare advice given. I felt relaxed and cared for during my stay. Loved it!
