First class haircut as usual

Zara was a friendly and professional stylist who offered a little extra to her service, from a head massage while washing my hair to happily taking off more length from my hair on request. I’d happily go back to her next time I’m in Edinburgh! And my hair felt wonderfully soft and smooth after she was done!

I had a very specific set of requests and Zara met every single one, to a tee. Really pleased with the result - thanks Zara!

Fraser did a really great cut n restyle

Fraser is a great guy. He is so friendly, very polite and makes you feel so welcome when you arrive at the salon. He is an amazing stylist. I often get asked where I get my hair cut as he is a perfectionist. I think I get good value but I marked one star down as I know not everyone can afford Medusa prices.

She is a very kind and friendly person.

Excellent soft, choppy cut - Fraser really knows his stuff! He followed all of my instructions to a tee and I am very pleased with the result.

I was really happy with my cut and k18 keratin treatment.. Zara listened and cut off just the right amount leaving my hair refreshed.. she had a good ear for listening, communicating and leaving me quietly. She advised me not to colour which i felt was wise for my hair. The whole experience was efficient and pleasant .. i was so pleased with the outcome! The shampoo and head massage was great too! i'll definitely return!. Thank you Zara and my shampooista!!

Kate is a fabulous hairstylist. I have 'difficult' hair (thick, curly) which has always been a nightmare to deal with at the hairdressers, but it is all very easy with Kate, who keeps it looking good, but also in a way that is manageable for a working mom! I also appreciate the recommendations on products etc that will work with my hair. Visiting Medusa is always comfortable, friendly and efficient, with great results.

Tommy is a 3rd year trainee and I'm so happy with my new bob style cut he did a fab job and has a great future I'm sure.

As always a very warm welcome and a coffee on arrival at Teviot Medusa Hair Salon. Fraser’s expertise is outstanding- love my hair cut and colour ?

I decided to take the plunge and get a full fringe (although at my first appointment with Eilidh earlier in the year, we eased in with curtain bangs) and I couldn't be happier with the result. Eilidh understood exactly what I wanted and made sure that the style would fit in with my lifestyle (ie with minimal styling!). Looking forward to coming in for a free fringe trim! Can't recommend enough. X
