Medusa Hair Salon Stockbridge, Edinburgh

I was a bit apprehensive about going back after so long, but everything was very well managed, from meeting me at the front door, taking my temperature and generally making me feel at ease.

SO relieved to be looking like my usual self again. It was lovely to see Kat after such a long lock-down, and she provided her usual five star-plus service. Totally impressed with the measures Peter and the team have taken to keep us all safe. Thanks, Medusa!

Nicole is a complete tonic! I really didn’t want to pay that amount particularly with the £7.50 Covid charge which I think is extreme! We have all lost money we are all struggling! However seeing Nicole is always just medicinal for me why has no hair dresser before ever thought to take a before and after she did that the first time I went to see her and made me feel like a superstar. It’s not just that though.... with Nicole you get down to earth honest banter in the new town and that’s refreshing. So if she works for Medusa and their extortionate prices then I’ll pay them and stick it on my credit card because she’s worth it for my mental health x

Great service. Lauryn listened to me and looked at my hair carefully before giving me advice and checking I was happy with her recommendations. She was really good at adapting colour and cut to my type of hair.

Peter is such a fantastic hairdresser and his cutting skills are fantastic. He knows exactly how to make you look your best. But more than that, he makes you feel welcome and always makes me laugh. It’s a real treat to come out of his salon with fab hair and feeling like he’s really cheered you up! :)

Peter is an absolute perfectionist and will spend time listening to your thoughts about your hair and then work with you to take your ideas a step further. This is my monthly treat and so very well worth it.

Peter is an excellent hairdresser (I am fairly critical of hairdressers...) and listened to what I liked and disliked. Very patient and did an amazing job with my hair.

Nicola did a brilliant job rectifying my dodgy home colour and Chloe did an amazing bouncy blow dry!
