This was my first visit and I loved it! Nicola did a brilliant cut and she advised me about my colour.

As always Peter cut my hair to perfection, and all the staff in the salon where amazing, would recommend anyone to visit the salon, you will be back time and time again. Thankyou Peter Sharon xx

The staff here take take to listen to what you want and will spend time showing you the latest styles and colours. I’m never disappointed.

Friendly staff but paid £33 for hair wash and cut which lasted 16mins. Poor value.

I thought this was a fab salon lauryn my stylist done a lovely set of high lights and my cut was fab too will defo recommend her ?

I have visited all Medusa salons and went to Raeburn salon for second visit. I mentioned in my email I wanted to discuss colouring as-well. I met with ***** and should point out i had lovely very long healthy hair and was after a trim and style. Felt ***** was not really asking what I wanted or offering any professional input and then things got weird... she measured my hair against the back of the chair and we agreed the new length she then made me stand up to cut my hair!!?? Never had to do that before but I foolishly trusted her. Anyway i tried to ask questions and make sure she knew what I wanted- sadly her disinterest was obvious and I didn't even bring up colouring with her. I understand she may have been having a bad day but i am now left with a haircut that is shorter than requested and I can't complain as you can only cut it shorter, which I don't want. She has cut the lengths at the back shorter than the front so my hair sits weird and looks horrendous tied back. I appreciate my hair was cut 4 weeks ago bit I am still unhappy and have to speak out as I don't want someone else leaving the salon feeling like I felt and still feel about my horrible hair cut. I am concerned that you employ a hairdresser who can't even simply trim long hair to 1 length and as a result i wont be back and live locally so have also warned others....

I will end on a positive note that she did give me my 30% discount for my second visit but only after I had to insist.Apparently the discount only applies if you use the same hairdresser not the salon.

"L" was excellent. She was very attentive and listened to my questions. She did an excellent job with my hair as i was transitioning from very long hair to very short. I wanted to donate my hair to a charity to use for wigs for cancer oatients. She knew exactly what to do to prepare it for shipment. I was really appreciative of her help.

Had a bit of a revamp by the fabulous Peter! 2 minutes after leaving the salon, I was stopped on street by a woman exclaiming “Wow! I love your hair”...says it all.

I’ve been going here since it opened and always have Peter because I’ve gone to him for years and love him, but he was away and so Nicola stepped in. I adore my hair!! Everything about it is fantastic, super chuffed with yet another amazing experience at Medusa Stockbridge. Thanks guys, you all rock!!

Really friendly staff and great haircut. Sadly they were fixing the water when I was getting my hair washed and water suddenly went boiling hot when I was under the tap which was really quite sore on my head.

I was looking for a new haircut and wanted to go somewhere where I would feel listened to and relaxed. Having looked at reviews on the internet I decided to give it a go. Nicola was brilliant - best haircut ever and a wonderful experience. Lovely atmosphere - I won’t go anywhere else from now on. Highly recommend.

I won a haircut through a competition and I'd definitely go back! Lauryn gave me such a great cut and really understood what I wanted. She also had better chat then a lot of hair dressers I've been to.

Great cut and colour. Kat was really knowledgable and talked me through what she felt my hair needed.

I am not the sort of woman that relishes time and money spent in a salon. However, since visiting Peter st Medusa, my opinion has changed somewhat. He puts you at ease immediately, really takes the time to listen to your requirements and truly consults with you, studying the texture and nature of your hair. I have recommended him to all my friends and family.

Nicola totally revitalised my hair, went in with broken balayaged hair that hadn’t been cut in a year and I hated looking and but left with sleek dark brown hair that made me feel like myself again. Definitely my go to salon now.
