Love my new cut! Really nice hairdresser too.

It is always a pleasant experience when I come here to get my hair done. Helpful and friendly staff and I leave very happy with my hair looking nice and healthy.

I admit I was nervous sharing a space with other people for the first time since lockdown but oh my goodness, the nerves disappeared as soon as I entered. I sanitised my hands and my temperature was taken. All safety bases were covered from disposable gowns to screens between seats at hair wash area. Thank you, everyone at Medusa for looking out for us all. X

Not my usual experience given the current circumstances! Lorraine was lovely and the whole staff cheerful and calm. On what turned out to be the last day of opening. The Medusa experience is always brilliant, and I’m looking forward to when it’s business as usual again.

Been going to this salon for 22 years. Highly professional, friendly, treat you like family. Lorraine has been my hairdresser for 10 of these years. She is amazing. Always does a great job. Marnie looked after me when Lorraine was on maternity leave and she also does a great job. Highly recommend?

The most enjoyable and relaxing hair cut I've ever had. Enjoyed the head massage during hair wash. Kate was lovely and my hair feels amazing.

Just W.O.W. I challenged Kate for new colouring which was in line with hot for 2020 and she absolutely pulled it out the bag. Amazing warm colours, my hair is vibrant, colourful and i look amazing. Had so many +ve comments. I used to hate being a red head as felt colours limited but Kate has shown me that there is loads you can do. Love it! Plus the cut with a concave layer was top notch too.

This was my first visit to Medusa. I found all the staff very warm, polite and helpful. The salon has a pleasant relaxing atmosphere. I was absolutely delighted with the result of my hair treatment. Marnie is a lovely person and an asset to the salon.

Connor was so friendly and made me feel at ease when trying something a bit different with my hair which I was really nervous about! Always offering refreshments and making sure at every step I was happy! Also did an amazing job with my damaged hair and has made the condition and colour feel and look great!

As always brilliant service, lovely atmosphere, relaxing and a perfect cut, colour and bouncy blow dry. I love the experience at Medusa and the products really make a difference for my difficult hair. Kate is such a pro, she does exactly what I ask for and goes above and beyond to make sure my hair looks it's best (better than ever) and to give me tips for care and styling between appointments.

I recently went in for a big style change and the cut was (as ever) perfect, exactly what I was looking for with the style expertly tailored for my hair type.

Every time I book an appointment with Kirsty, I know I will be getting out the salon happier than ever and with amazing results! She managed to correct my color 6 months ago and I couldn’t ask for a better result. 100% happy and satisfied and definitely recommend!

I went to Medusa Bread Street on Saturday and I was welcomed, as usual, with smiles. I was offered a hot drink and a biscuit, which was lovely. Kate’s service was amazing. She’s got a great eye for hair colour and her knowledge and expertise really shined through. She made me feel very comfortable and kept me informed at all points of what and why she was doing to my hair. Eilidh washes my hair and put my toner on. She’s got magical hands and has the ability to make you feel like that’s a relaxing experience. I felt well looked after. I’d highly recommend this salir and stylist to anyone, particularly if you’re planning on going from dark to light hair colour! Thanks, Medusa Team! Xx
