First time at Medusa, can definitely recommend it! Had my hair coloured and cut by Kate - she did a fantastic job!

I had my hair cut and coloured by Kirsty at medusa and I absolutely love it. Great salon. I will definitely be back.

Jenni is fab, really takes the time to highlight and tame my thick hair just how I ask.

Kate did a great job, I love my new short hair and she gave great advice on what style to go for and aftercare. Also really good value considering how happy I was with the result!

I couldn't recommend Kirsty highly enough! She listens to exactly what you want and gets it right first time, every time! Always delighted with my hair and get compliments thanks to Kirsty! Always 5 star service and chat too!

I phoned on the off chance while I was visiting Edinburgh and got an appointment that afternoon. Fantastically friendly service, amazing haircut and Kate was amazing. What a lovely experience!

This was the first time in years thst I had let someone touch my brows due to so many bad experiences but I really like them. Was a bit shocked to start with as I am very fair but a couple of days after they look great!

I highly recommend anyone looking for a hairdressers in Edinburgh to go to Medusa. Its been my second time at their salon in Bread Street and not only are all their staff friendly and welcoming but Jenny my stylist worked her magic once again with my hair! So i will swishing my hair for at least the next week...

I've been coming to Medusa for years and the reason is the whole experience. Everyone is so professional but they're also helpful, friendly and kind - you don't just gorgeous hair, you get alot more. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Had my hair cut today by Jenni. She listened to what I wanted and styled my hair exactly as I expected. I have the fear of hairdressers taking off too much but she was amazing and only took off what she needed to. Such a great personality too and very experienced. All staff lovely and would definitely recommended.

Kate gave me a fab cut and colour today along with lots of good advice. Everyone in the salon is smiley and friendly and the shampooing head massage was amazing! Highly recommended.

Had my colour done by Kirsty. The result is very natural, just what l wanted. I'm very pleased with the result. Kirsty is such a nice person as well, it was a pleasant experience.

Excellent service. Fab shampoo with a good head massage. Old hair from the day before on the chair was a bit odd putting but is still happily return to the salon again.

Been a Medusa regular for over five years, won't go anywhere else now. Jenni is absolutely fantastic, always go to her for a cut/ colour. She is amazingly creative and also helps me decide exactly what is right for me. She is attentive, extremely skilled at what she does and provides a wonderful salon experience from start to finish. The staff are lovely too and you always feel welcomed and well looked after. Would highly recommend Jenni at Medusa and regularly do! Thanks!

Ashley always kept me informed about what she was doing and if I wanted an extra adjustment to my hair she acted like it was no problem. Also didn't ask about work which to me is a bonus.

Had my hair cut this morning by Marnie, it took 45mins for a wash, long hair cut with fringe and blow dry. My hair looks and feels great! Marnie always does a great job and is lovely to chat to ?

Relaxed and unpretentious salon. Jenni was amazing , first time in years someone has cut and styled my hair the way I wanted it.

Laurence has transformed my brown wispy hair by mixing highlights, I now have healthy looking auburn hair. I am delighted. The cut is amazing and makes my hair look thick and shiny. Laurence listened to what I asked for and made me feel special on every part of the process. His passion for hair but chilled out manner was refreshing. I can't thank him enough. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a new look.

Jenni is the best hairdresser on the block!!!!!! I trust her to make all the best decisions with my hair and she never lets me down. I always leave feeling re-energized and super glam. I'd recommend her to anyone and everyone!!!! The salon is always fun- all the staff are super nice, accommodating and good chat. Lattes are always flowing and all the up to date magazines there to read!! Love love loveeeeeee

Always have a nice experience here. Kate is extremely knowledgeable about hair and products. I never feel pressured to purchase anything she suggests, but I've not been disappointed with any of the products I've purchased on her recommendation.

My second time visiting the salon and very happy with my haircut. Kate takes the time to find out what I want and makes suggestions (which is always welcome as I'm normally not exactly sure what I want!). It's a large busy salon with a friendly atmosphere.
