My appointment with Jordan far exceeded my expectations.
As I have had many bad experiences at previous salons my hair is in pretty bad condition.
Jordan managed to work wonders while leaving my hair in so much better condition. His knowledge and attention to detail is truly amazing. I can honestly say the best appointment I have ever had.
The salon has a calming and friendly atmosphere. I met other staff members who are all really welcoming too.
I also experienced the surprise of a head and hand massage, just lovely.
I totally recommend Justin.

My appointment with Jordan at the Jordan Alexander Salon is more than hair colour, cut and blow dry. It's time for me to practice some selfcare. I always feel so relaxed. My hair colour is amazing, the cut is perfect, the head massage, hot towel and hand massage makes the whole experience leaving me looking forward to muly next appointment.

Again another 1st class service from Jordan, consultation before the relaxing aromatherapy oil, decided on a little something different today, gave Jordan my thoughts and wow managed to recreate my vision! Jordan is a great hairdresser and makes you so relaxed. Sorry he is moving to Edinburgh but probably worth the extra travel for a great haircut

It was my first time using sid and Jordan Alexander hair. I would say it was a game changer with head massage, education on how to look after my hair. It felt like I was being pampered. I have used several hair dressers before in bathgate and I am sticking to this one now. I would definitely recommend.

I went in today trying to decide what i wanted and went for a total different colour and Sid worked his magic on my hair! I left the salon feeling so good.

Walk into the salon feeling the effects of winter and busy life. For the duration of the appointment it's my tlc time and the whole experience allows me to leave the salon feeling amazing. Thank you Jordan.

I visited Jordan Alexander this morning for the first time. It was a wonderful experience. I really enjoyed the head and neck massage.and can still smell the lovely scent of the essential oils. My haircut is amazing thanks to Sid. Jordan and Sid were very welcoming. I'll definitely be back.

Jordan has been my hairdresser for 8 years now and he does an amazing job. I am quite particular about how I like my hair and his execution is on point.
