I was given a junior despite being told he was a senior stylist by *****. It turns out he is yet to finish college!
I ended up with a badly burned scalp and handfuls of hair falling out. The salon offered to fix it once I had healed, but now think a refund is sufficient. It’s up to me to pay for this total mess to be fixed now.
I am shocked and disappointed as the owner himself promised to look after my hair until it recovered. This was by means of an apology and as he was apparently so upset with his staff member. On booking an appointment it was cancelled and I was offered the same junior at a cost!!
Do NOT ever trust this salon. I will post a review and pictures everywhere possible and have already contacted Trading Standards.
