All of the Angels pride themselves on very high standards and on sourcing new and innovative treatments. The salon and its customers benefit from a collective 60 years experience, while they always look to increase their knowledge through regular training programs.
The salon has a calm and peaceful ambiance. The Angels are approachable and provide a warm and friendly attitude towards clients. Clients have often commented it's like visiting 'friends'.
All of the staff & clients were very proud for Heaven Beauty to be elected as a finalist, and the only salon in Edinburgh, for the prestigious British Beauty and Spa Awards in 2006 and 2009. For a salon so young this was a huge achievement for all of Heavens angels and an acknowledgement of their dedication and hard work.
In 2021, we were thrilled to receive the SalonSpy Winner Award for 5 star customer service.
This was an amazing achievement, considering the recent challenging times that have affected us all. This accolade is due to the continued dedication and commitment shown by all the Angels to provide the highest possible standards, whilst maintaining a safe environment for clients and staff.
This acknowledgement has served only to provide more drive and determination for the future (if that’s possible) and to continually improve Heaven's services and care, growing as a salon and introducing new exciting specialist treatments.
