Great advice on looking after my hair, very happy with my hair cut ?

Andrew’s cut is simply the the best:) I really like how precise he is.

Really pleased with my hair, will be back soon to try out the balayage. Love the convenient appointment times around work too.

I booked a cut and balayage with Roman and it’s the best decision I’ve made with regards to my hair. He made my hair better than I could have imagined, I love the caramel and blonde highlights and the bounce to my hair. He shaped it to my face just right - something previous stylists at other salons haven’t managed to the same degree. It looks the healthiest it has ever looked and I feel more confident than ever. I have been to many salons and I know for sure I will keep coming back to this one and Roman specifically! I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and will definitely be back. Thanks so so much!

I was booked in for a much needed cut and blow dry with Andrew. During the consultation Andrew listened and asked lots of questions to establish my needs. He was friendly and professional throughout and cut my hair beautifully. I would definitely recommend Andrew and will be a returning customer.

As always totally gets my look and I always leave feeling fantastic. Andrew has been doing my hair for 2 years now and I never leave disappointed.

I have been to Roman for my last few haircuts and consistently have been really happy with it. He really listens to what I want and never tries to push anything on me, he’s really down to earth and I always really look forward to coming in! Craig @ staff were welcoming attentive & delivered just what I asked for.

Appointment was cancelled at extremely short notice when I was going on a night out. I asked if someone else could do my hair. A more senior stylist had availability but was more expensive which I could not afford. They would not give me for the price I had booked for. Extremely annoyed and disappointed regarding this as the haircuts I've had have been great. Really poor customer service around this situation.

Never leave feeling like my cut is the same as before Andrew always manages to do something different to give you that wow feeling.

Overall the place seems nice enough but I think we caught them on a bad day. I took my teenage son there for a haircut on a Saturday morning and it was super quiet - no other clients, no music playing - so the whole place felt a bit soulless. My son's haircut was fine - nothing more, nothing less.

Donna does exactly what you ask for and more! She’s brilliant at blonde colouring, so hard to get a decent hairdresser that can blend blonde well. She’s so lovely and makes you feel at ease. She’s an absolute pro!

Craig takes great care of his clients and is very informative. He has a passion for what he does.
