Alex has been my hairdresser for many years and I was delighted to hear she now works at Tom Stronach’s. The staff were very welcoming and I felt immediately at ease. My colour and finish was fantastic as always. Next appointment already booked!

Professional but relaxed and down to earth people and place.
Good haircut, Tom took his time to check exactly what I wanted done.
The staff I spoke to were very friendly.
I will definately return.

First time I have visited this salon. I was just a walk in for a fringe trim. The staff were so friendly and I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in. Alex trimmed my fringe and has a very warm personality. I will definitely be back. Thank you ????

I used to travel 3 hours for my hair appointment as I could never find a salon that I was happy with. I now only have to go ten minutes! Courtney is so lovely and knowledgable and sorted my hair disaster right out! The salon itself is really nice and everyone is so attentive❤️

I have long hair and as a general rule am a haircut-avoider. It was seven months since my last trim. I had seen Tom's new salon several times from the bus. I went online and read multiple glowing reviews. I made an appointment to see Tom. He and Courtney made me feel extremely welcome and relaxed. Tom is genuinely kind and a true perfectionist. He was deeply focused on me ONLY throughout the appointment. He asked my opinion multiple times. He actually listened, engaged and was interested in me. He did not push any procedures or products. The salon is beautiful. All the staff were polite, happy and relaxed. I recommend this lovely salon and Tom to anyone who is anxious about their hair. I will definitely be back. Thank you!

I had a great experience there and was very happy with my colour. The only thing I didnt realise was that blow dry and highlights were charged separately as I assumed blow-dry would have been Included in highlights. Nevertheless I was happy with my result and would go back again. Thank you to Chloe

Absolutely outstanding Salon , I'm incredibly fussy but I won't be going anywhere else, Courtney was absolutely fabulous, left it in her hands for final outcome, highly delighted. Staff incredibly friendly & made sure customer comes first.

I went in to have the smartbond treatment done as my hair was really dry. My hair has never felt as good as after having this treatment done, highly recommend!!

Excellent service and felt really comfortable in the hands of Caroline. Love how she talks through the process of her work and goes into detail to ensure her clients are happy! I also felt really relaxed in the hands of the junior/ trainee and she makes you feel comfortable at all times. Nice to see Tom on hands aswell. Got my hair dyed yesterday and have this morning woke up to my hair falling out. And my hair all snapped at the back. I wasn’t shown the back of my hair before I left so had no idea until it was pointed out the state and condition of my hair. I would have rather been told my hair wasn’t in a condition to be bleached to have it now all falling out and snapping off I am very upset to have payed £90+ for my hair to be falling

Absolutely love Tom Stronach hair salon, the fantastically talented Mitchell has never let me down, cut or colour. Also had hair ups and make up done here, everyone is so accommodating and lovely. Highly recommended!

First time getting my hair cut at the salon. Tom did an amazing job, he made me feel super relaxed and comfortable. My hair is beyond what I expected, he made it look exactly like the Pinterest pictures I showed him! The salon is lovely, felt welcomed as soon as I stepped in the door. Highly recommend.

Tom always puts me at ease, listens, gives thoughts and suggestions and does a cracking job everytime, not only for me but my son also. The salon is lovely. It's cleans, the ambience is great and the coffee is fabulous! Would never go anywhere else and high recommended.

Last Saturday morning I had an haircut with Tom and I was happy the way we have discussed step by step how to shape my hair, which are the best options and why some things would not match well.

I have short hair and am so pleased with the cut and finish I received from Caroline. Was seen on time and given lots of attention to detail. Great service.

After a very traumatic experience at a former hairdressers (leaving my silver toned bleached hair falling out!!) I came in to Tom Stronach salon for help. They exceed my expectations and completely transformed my hair. I love it and will not being going anywhere else! Melissa was incredible and even came in on her day off for me! If that's not commitment to clients then I dont know what is!!
