My stylist was Jess but the option wasn’t on the drop down menu!
I am delighted with my hair. I had a full head of highlights and blow dry. Jess listened to exactly what I wanted in terms of colour, a bright buttery blonde. So often I’ve asked for this elsewhere and I come out with an ashy blonde! She also did a really seamless root tap. Really friendly and always asking if everything was ok or if I needed anything.
