I visited Bloom Salon just over a week ago as a walk-in customer for a hair wash, as I was unable to wash my own hair due to an arm injury. The team were incredibly accommodating and managed to fit me in right away, which I was so grateful for.
From start to finish, the service was warm, professional, and welcoming. I was in great hands with Soph, who is currently part of Bloom’s Hair Academy. She was friendly, attentive, and did a fantastic job — I felt really looked after.
It’s clear that Bloom takes pride in nurturing new talent, and I was impressed to learn more about their Bloom Academy, which runs on Tuesdays and supports NVQ-qualified stylists as they refine their skills under the guidance of a training educator.
I would absolutely return to Bloom again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others. A truly lovely experience.
