Gemma is a great hairdresser, she knows my hair and what to do with it. I literally let her to do what she wants as I don't have much of an idea of what I want, we chat and gives me ideas or suggestions and I'm happy to go with it, she always comes good. Very happy with the cut and colour she has done. She always friendly and nice to chat with. Highly recommend her!!! I've had lots of compliments too ??

Ruth is a fantastic stylist and transforms my hair with beautiful cut, my hair is so shiny and looks perfect. She understands exactly what a client wants and creates beautiful curly blow drys too.

I’ve been going to Rachel at Terence Paul longer than I can remember! It’s always a great experience. Rachel and the team are all brilliant, friendly and professional. Hairdressers always used to intimidate me until I found this place. Highly recommend it and I have done to a number of my friends. 10/10 in my eyes

Brilliant as usual with Meghan totally switched on and professional colour advice given and beautiful blow dry with a wave done in an efficient and time conscious way as I was in a rush.. I arrived late and Meghan juggled me and her next client effortlessly not getting herself stressed or making either of us feel she wasn’t giving us 200%! Lovely experience, Paris too is a professional competent junior with a wonderful head massage in her !

The haircut was really quite bad, my 7year olds hair is now really tufty and a bit all over the place. First time we’ve come to Terence paul for him as we couldn’t get into the barbers, I used Terence paul myself for years so thought we’d try it. It was the most expensive haircut my son has ever had and the worst haircut he has ever had. Maybe **** is a trainee I’m not sure… but she needs more practice on boys hair if she is to be let loose on it. Sorry ****, nothing personal, you are a lovely person but we won’t be returning for my son to have a chop again.

All my friends have commented on the fabulous shade that my full head of highlights yesterday turned out! Plus Ruth let me take a photo with my hair straight then curled it so I could look what it would be like for my daughter’s wedding.
From the moment I arrived Ruth had a welcoming smile and I was pampered with massage chair and head massage. Super and thank you.

Gemma is brilliant at what she does. She takes time to listen to you and offers her expert advice. She takes her time and you don't feel rushed. I've had haircuts and full head highlights and really happy everytime.

As it was my first visit I found everyone was very pleasant and .made me feel very welcome.

Whenever me and my husband come to the salon we are welcome with warm smiles from everyone. Everyone is kind, happy, smiley, caring and nothing is too much trouble for them. You feel like you are visiting friends. The haircuts or colours are exactly what you after. Rachel knows exactly what you want but also what your hair needs. Thank you all. N and T

Ive been going to TP now for over 22 years and never once left disappointed. Gemma is an anazing hairdresser and i trust her and her opinion. I cant recommend this salon enough. Everyone there is so lovely and friendly. I wouldnt go anywhere else.
