Had my nails done today. Build a nail with gel. Super efficient and personality. Nails look great as always. Highly recommend.

I have been coming to the salon now for a couple of months after relocating to the area. Sophie has done my nails from the beginning and has always been most welcoming and overall just very professional and very easy to chat to. Sophie’s easy manner and lovely demeanour makes the experience very pleasant and I look forward to it!

Had an amazing facial this morning. From start to finish the whole experience was wonderful. The massage included in the facial was so relaxing and my skin is feeling renewed . Thank you!

I’ve been coming to Springs off and on for many years and have always enjoyed my treatments. I received an email offer of a facial and free hour long massage which was too good an offer to refuse. I wasn’t disappointed - I felt so relaxed after my two hour treatment - loved every minute of it and will certainly be having it again - I love this place. All the staff are brilliant so it doesn’t matter who you pick, you always get a good service. Thanks ladies x

Booked an appointment online, however messages attached to online booking system is flawed and manager advised that they can’t ever see them.
As a result treatment was refused by Springs manager and an incorrect statement made as to why they were refusing treatment.
I was told I couldn’t have me £5 deposit back, as it would go towards the next treatment. I advised there would not be another appointment, so I needed the refund.
All calls and emails were completely ignored, even from the owner. Eventually got the refund, with no communication at all which is very poor customer service and just rude.

This morning I had an appointment with Donna for electrolysis and from the time I stepped into Springs I was made to feel welcome. Donna was very efficient and has a lovely nature. I had not visited Springs before, but I shall not hesitate going back and will certainly recommend Springs to anyone who needs treatment.

Gabby was brilliant and I want to thank you so much for getting the nail gel off and making my nails underneath look so good.

Friendly atmosphere. All very clean and sparkling. Very pleased with my nails. Had a new colour with sparklers.

Another superb manicure/gel polish from Sophie. The highest standard maintained.

Have had lots of back and shoulder massage from Donna. Today was a wonderful whole body massage which was deep, thorough but relaxing. Have booked again for full massage. Thanks Donna.

Had a lovely pedicure and nails painted today. The 2 girls who looked after me were very professionally ( names aren’t on the drop down menu)
