Brilliant service. I was very last minute but the lady on reception (is it Annie?) fit me in for the same day and was lovely. Becky did my nails and did a sterling job I am so pleased with them. She was also lovely, really friendly and helped me pick the right colour to match my dress.?

I booked my appointment by phone originally for an express manicure which I have had before. On booking I explained that I had a £25 gift token and the receptionist said I would only need to pay an extra £1 as it was £26.
Arrived on 13April @3.30 and when paying was asked for an additional £14 for a gel manicure (£39)
Which I then queried and was assured by one of the girls ( sorry I didn’t catch your name)
that a note would be made ref the overpayment which would then be deducted the next appointment I make .
Just glad it was dealt with in a quick and friendly way.
Looking forward to making my next express gel manicure appointment.

Super informative & well done

After a break of nearly two months ( due to a long holiday!) it was good to be back in the salon today. Thanks Donna for the excellent facial - my skin really needed the moisture put back as well as the pampering!!
