Great Colour and Cut really pleased

I booked an appointment for a fringe cut but ended up going into town the day before it and went to see if they could do it then while I was in town. The lady did it for me. The two staff members that were working that day where lovely

Amazing stylist that has given me my confidence back , my hair has never looked this good !

Lisa did what l asked making sure as she went along if it was right. E.g how much taking off length on top. As always we put the world to rights and had a laugh too.

I always look forward to seeing Donna, she understands how I like my hair to be styled. She is professionally friendly and a great stylist!

I have been going to Regis for many years now, and the main reason why I will keep going back for many more years is the professionalism of all the staff. You also get a good chat and laugh thrown in free of charge. I always feel made welcome, relaxed, and leave with a perfect hair cut.

From walking into this salon today for the very first time, I was met by this very friendly lady ,who was very helpful and listened to what I wanted and made it the whole experience relaxing.
And gave me exactly what I asked for.
She discussed different options. I would definitely recommend her and the salon

Tracy was the most amazing hair dresser, did an absolutely brilliant job!! I went in for a perm and a trim, very happy experience and so so made up with the results

Washing my hair he did a great Indian head massage after he cut my hair I was a new woman.

Excellent service. My stylist Tracey was extremely friendly and efficient. Took great care in making sure my haircut was cut to how I wanted it.

I didn’t have an appointment just walked in hoping someone might be able to fit me in but expecting they probably wouldn’t be able to. Tracey was very accommodating and couldn’t have done enough for me. I was made to feel at ease throughout and was very grateful.

Izzy was great at listening to how I wanted my hair cut and I was very pleased with the result. Thank you.
It was also great to see Alex again as he used to work in salon within Tesco many years ago.. ( had a fabulous hair cut done by Alex… thanks)

Alex has made me feel very welcome since I started coming to the salon - as has all the other staff working there. Alex has advised on the colour options for my hair and pulled it off amazingly! The whole time at the salon I felt so at ease and comfortable. I had a full head blonde done and I’m very happy with the result. I couldn’t fault the service and would recommend Alex to anyone - Always the best service and will definitely return!!

£44 for a child wash, cut and blow dry.
Didn't listen to what my daughter wanted done.
Had to ask for hair to be cut again to the length we wanted (it was a straight across cut). It still wasn't right but wasn't going to stay for a third cut.
Left disappointed.

My stylist was Tracey...not on your list. She listened to what I wanted and told me how she would do my bair

My hair had been over processed with bleach for over six years so we decided for a change in colour a few months ago to allow it to recover. This time I wanted to add a few hairline/parting highlights for minimal damage but to see the new colour properly as my hair is very dark.
As that was decided by me on the day and wasn’t booked in on my appointment it took Alex quite some time to be able to add it on to my bill due to some technical issues (not his fault!!) and I hope this can be resolved before my next visit.
Overall, a good experience and left with the colour etc that I wanted, with good advice and my hair starting to improve in condition- thank you- but a little unhappy with the delay in being able pay because of the issues out of Alex’s control.

I’ve been coming to Alex for my hair for about a year now and I can’t recommend him enough!
He’s so welcoming and accommodating. He’s really knowledgeable when it comes to colour and will explain the process so there are no false expectations; I’m so happy every time I leave the salon. Amazing stylist!

I’m so happy with my hair, I haven’t been to have my hair cut for over 4 years due to health issues causing my hair to thin. I explained all of this to Tracey, she was incredibly understanding and listened to what I wanted. I couldn’t be happier with how much better I feel and my hair is amazing.

Not happy with cut. After washing hair this morning, I saw that hair is a lot longer on right than left. Also I have been left with heavy bits on each side that haven't been thinned or blended in. Leaving it looking like I have got extra bits of hair on each side. Not sure what style it is supposed to be but it doesn't look like what I asked for..
