Ella was fab. She talked me through what I wanted. I had some concerns with my hair which she also helped me to address. Fab service and I’m looking forward to coming back to see Ella again in July.

First time at Philip Lee and I will definitely be back. My hair was in desperate need of a cut and I hadn’t had it done for sometime. It was so easy to book online and when I arrived Ceri made me feel really welcome and at ease. She helped me with tips on what to use on my hair going forward and my hair felt so much healthier at the end. I even got a patch test for when I want to book in again for my colour. Oh and an added little treat on a Thursday afternoon was the head massage during my hair wash. Thank you so much

My hair was putting it nicely knackared after years of bleach damage and Ceri was brilliant and so lovely. Ceri got my hair cut and so soft beautifully. I have already booked my next 2 apointments with her. Thankyou 😁

I have been going to Ceri for over 2 years and she has made my hair look amazing every time ,even with having colour ran through my hair with ceri’s knowledge and consultation ,my hair has still kept its long length and has grown out so healthy !

First time at the salon which had been recommended by a friend. Felt very comfortable and Ceri was lovely. Very happy with my highlights and colour but need to see how the colour develops/changes over the next few weeks. I received 50% off my colour which was fantastic! I have made a follow up appointment in 6 weeks.

Ceri is amazing! She is so lovely, makes you feel so comfortable and looked after. She helped fix my hair after I had a difficult experience with another salon, she did an incredible job and I am so so happy with the results! The salon is gorgeous and such a relaxing space, all the hairdressers seemed so lovely it was such a nice atmosphere!

Ceri did my hair today. She did an absolutely amazing job. She was incredibly thorough, from the initial interview where she discussed what I wanted in depth and made suggestions, to the way she foiled my hair with surgical precision, to the cutting and the styling.
Ceri did an absolutely amazing job - gave me a gorgeous, bright, dimensional blonde without any streaks. She was so meticulous, explained everything she was doing as she went, and for the first time EVER, I am delighted with my hair.
I honestly wouldn’t bother going anywhere else now, I feel like I’ve found my forever stylist.

Thank god for Kirstie is all I can say!! She amazingly talented and I always leave the salon with great hair, which hasn’t been in such great condition for a long time. All her amazing work.
Salon as a whole is a calm, relaxed environment which is rare for a salon environment now a days.

I loved the fact that I wasn’t rushed and Carys took lots of time to discuss options with me, colours and how I would like my hair doing. I absolutely love the result

Brilliant service

I first came to Phillip Lee after a disaster of hair dye appointment at another local salon. My dye was corrected by Cary’s and first cut was with Louise it was brilliant and straight away noticed the attention to detail and appreciated the in-depth explanation of why my hair went ginger at previous salon. This was early 2024 and I’ve been back for regular appointments solely with Cary’s since then. I’m not a chatty person but Cary’s makes me feel comfortable everytime. She’s a lovely girl and an amazing hairdresser. Everytime she does my hair I love it, and she must have done my hair 10+ times now (Dye and Cut).

Louise was really lovely and listened to what I wanted. I achieved the haircut I desired and am very happy with the result ! I also had my baby with me which isn’t ideal but she was understanding & helpful when needed

An overall wonderful experience. Had a 90’s inspired layered haircut by the lovely Carys, who is always so friendly and has great energy. I always walk out feeling like a new woman!

Carys is absolutely lovely and such fun. She’s an amazing hairdresser who always knows exactly how to cut and style my thick, curly hair so it looks modern and silky. I’d definitely recommend her! X

I called in on the off chance to get a quick maintenance trim, and simply fabulous as always. You know you will get nothing less with Kirstie. I was invited in to take part in a Wella training afternoon, where a straightening product was placed on my hair which is wavy, coarse and dry in places.
The whole afternoon was lovely and I learnt things as well.
The new Wella product is amazing, my hair is so smooth and straight, I am looking forward to seeing how long it lasts ( suggested 12 weeks or approx 50 washes) but it is something I will definitely consider adding to my hair routine.

Abigail always gives me a great haircut!

As usual ive had the full chop off abigail has done a great job. Even shocked her today when she was asking how Xmas went xx told her im moving house leaving the husband lol to say abigail was shocked but she was fine xx

First time coming to this salon and had a fantastic experience! I was nervous about getting my hair done after having jaw surgery but all staff members were so thoughtful, caring and careful. Kelly did a wonderful cut and style on my hair and I couldn’t be happier with the final result! Will definitely be returning in the new year!

Carys seemed to know exactly what I needed. My hair was too thick and long on the sides making too flat. She cut and thinned and reshaped my bob. Colour was perfect too.

The lovely woman with the blonde-and-brown split hair did my hair — I can’t remember her name, but she did an absolutely amazing job. She transformed my split-end, three-toned, frizzy hair into one beautiful, healthy-looking color just in time for my anniversary. Thank you so much!

Abby did a wonderful job with my hair including colour, cut and blow dry. As a new client I had a great experience at the salon in general - everyone was super friendly and I would recommend it!
