I'm not good with going to the hairdressers. I'm 56 and in the past I have occasionally had a good cut but mostly I've had bad experiences. My hair is curly and most hairdressers, in my experience, don't know how to cut my hair. Abigail was totally different. Absolutely fantastic. She actively listened to me and interrupted fantastically what I wanted. I had a photo of me when I liked my hair and we discussed that my hair had probably changed due to menopause, since that photo was taken, which was very true. That said, this is the first time anyone has cut my hair back into that style, which I'm thrilled about. I can't gush enough about my experience. I felt comfortable from the minute I entered the salon, until the minute I left. A really great experience. Everyone was really lovely. I now have a love of getting my hair cut instead of having very real anxiety when i go. And that was very much down to Abigail! Thank you so much!
