Abbey was friendly and helpful. I’ve just moved to the area so was looking for a new hairdresser. I just had a blow dry to start with as I have thick hair. She did a great job and I feel confident now to get my colours and cut done when needed. I love the Dark oil range which my other hairdresser used. 😀

I'm not good with going to the hairdressers. I'm 56 and in the past I have occasionally had a good cut but mostly I've had bad experiences. My hair is curly and most hairdressers, in my experience, don't know how to cut my hair. Abigail was totally different. Absolutely fantastic. She actively listened to me and interrupted fantastically what I wanted. I had a photo of me when I liked my hair and we discussed that my hair had probably changed due to menopause, since that photo was taken, which was very true. That said, this is the first time anyone has cut my hair back into that style, which I'm thrilled about. I can't gush enough about my experience. I felt comfortable from the minute I entered the salon, until the minute I left. A really great experience. Everyone was really lovely. I now have a love of getting my hair cut instead of having very real anxiety when i go. And that was very much down to Abigail! Thank you so much!

I received a phone call from the salon on my way to the appointment which I booked 6 weeks prior - 6 pm. I was asked if I could attend at 6.15 as Abigail had requested this. The whole appointment felt rushed and I was disappointed with my hair. It was 6.50 when I left the salon, having paid £49 for the pleasure and realising on the way home that I should have had a half price appointment because I introduced my husband last month. Sorry Abigail but I won’t be returning- please cancel my appointment for 7 May.

I had my first appointment with Fay today. I was nervous due to the fact that one hairdresser had messed up my colour. I’d found another, she got colour right but the cut was shocking. Third time lucky with Fay, she’s sorted my cut and will be doing my colour in a few weeks. Feel like ive known her for years. She’s funny, understanding, knowledgeable. Looking forward to colour. I’d also like to add, all girls were welcoming, smiling, some salons when you walk in, it feels cold and if you’re not welcome. Not here you feel very welcome. 🤗
