Today I visited the Philips Lee salon for the first time, my hair was done by Fay, the best hairdresser I have ever had. The entire salon team is very friendly, there's a homely atmosphere. And Fay welcomed me very warmly. I recommend her xxx
The lovely woman with the blonde-and-brown split hair did my hair — I can’t remember her name, but she did an absolutely amazing job. She transformed my split-end, three-toned, frizzy hair into one beautiful, healthy-looking color just in time for my anniversary. Thank you so much!
Abby did a wonderful job with my hair including colour, cut and blow dry. As a new client I had a great experience at the salon in general - everyone was super friendly and I would recommend it!
Decided this morning that I needed some tlc and so booked in with Carys fr a 4.30 appointment.
The weather was wet and wild outside but cosy and warm in the salon. I was free and treated to a lovely hot chocolate whilst waiting for Carys to finish her previous client.
I was in desperate need of a decent cut and Carys didn’t disappoint.
She talked me through every step, every product and gave me choices throughout the cut.
Having been to the salon many times over the years, although not recently, it was good to be back. Thank you. 🙏

Absolutely obsessed with my fresh blonde locks! From coming in a week ago (having been let down by someone up the road in Rode Heath), Abi made me feel as if I were a long standing client of hers already! So I’m an exhausted mum of twin toddlers and had blonde, broken, brassy hair. I do not get the time to look after me! I needed something more manageable and natural. I told Abi I’d like to go darker too & she recommended a balayage look. I COULD NOT be HAPPIER! It is stunning. I cannot believe it’s me. It looks so natural and soo healthy. I brought my grandaughter in for a correctional cut with Kelly.
She has thick curly hair.
Kelly first asked how she wears her hair curly or straight as that would decide how the curls would be cut.
Once decided Kelly talked her through each stage advising on the best option to even up the hair.
Once cut Kelly enhanced the curls with products before diffusing.
Kelly is a lovely person and stylist and a credit to the salon.

First time back in a salon in almost 20 years and it didn’t disappoint. Carys was really friendly and polite and gave a great first impression. Disappointed when I walked out as didn’t look great. Gaps in where colour put onto hairline roots not covered showing greys and going out on Saturday to celebrate engagement so very disappointed.
