I am only 11 and I wanted my very very long hair trimmed and bangs putting in. Julia was totally amazing and did exactly as I asked with my pictures which I showed her. I am soooo pleased.

I have my hair coloured by Rachael and cut by Toni. They really are the dream. They both listen to what I want and always exceed expectations. They are both so very talented.

Julia cut my hair beautifully. She styled it exactly how I wanted it and I was very pleased with how it looked. At the time of my appointment the salon was not busy and I enjoyed the peaceful relaxing atmosphere. I do not live in Macclesfield but it was well worth the journey. Thank you Julia.

It was my first time ever in Toni and Guy, and also I have had the same hairdresser for seven years, so I was apprehensive about going to a new salon, as my old hairdresser just got what I needed without saying anything.
When I walked into the salon it was lovely as it didn’t feel overwhelming due to there being a sofa on the ground floor and then the actual salon upstairs, and the salon itself was busy but it felt spacious and not like I was just a number in a salon.
First, I was greeted by the lovely Daryl downstairs who made me feel comfortable from the start.
Next, I went upstairs and explained how much I was willing to have off and that I hadn’t had a cut in a year, which I personally felt embarrassed about, however he was really lovely at putting my mind at ease and saying my hair was in good condition.
Then, throughout the appointment the conversation flowed, and I felt like I could trust him. Due to the fact I wear glasses I struggle to see when I’ve them off, which can be quite nerve wrecking, however he talked me through everything he was doing, so that I was part of the journey.
From start to finish Daryl was fantastic, and I will definitely be back to have him again.

After many years of visiting Toni & Guy I was very disappointed with my hair cut which looks like it was cut with a knife & fork.! Whilst I appreciate she wasn't very well maybe I should have been offered another hair stylist.

Had a toner applied today by Rachel. Always lovely to see her always has great advice and helpful tips. She takes her time talking to you and explains what she is going to do. Had a cut and blow dry with Toni. Always cuts my hair the way I like.

This is my second visit, i usually hate hair saloons, but i can honestly say what a relaxed,friendly ,welcoming place. Daryl is amazing and cut my hair both times exactly as i asked, very friendly and down to earth,made me feel very relaxed. If your like me and feel awkward in salons this place is the place to go!!

Just what I wanted

Rachael is a lovely person so easy to talk too and gave me some good advice as have been having problems with my scalp. My hair is the exact colour I wanted thanks to Rachael. My cut and blow dry was done by Toni. She is also really good and listens to what you want.

I have had a cut again and I am so happy with the way it is styled. I am so glad I changed my hairdresser’s from a salon in Altrincham.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. I would recommend the salon and definitely recommend Rachael. I travel from Stockport to this salon, it’s amazing. I love all my time there. All the staff are very friendly. You’re made to feel very welcome from entering the salon and really treated well.

Laura was fab - my hair colour is gorgeous and I’m very happy!
And Emily was a doll - I love the length and the cut!
I recommend to family and friends but they always say that Toni&Guy are too expensive - maybe send out vouchers or deals?

Brilliant fun and brilliant cut

Welcomed and dealt with by very friendly staff and was very happy with the cut. Only downside the salon was freezing it didn’t feel like there was any heat on. You definitely need some in February.
