Great service! I couldn't of asked for more, I'm really happy with my colour and cut. I will be recommending Estelle and this salon to my friends

Estelle was great and listened to what I wanted and then did a great hi on my hair. Only advice would be to put the heating on! I was freezing!

Very polite and helpful at desk. Hair cut very good. Hair length changed from waist to shoulder length. Excellent teach-in on how to style my hair in various ways at this new length.

Amy was amazing, she talked me through products that would be great for my damaged hair, cut was perfect and I left feeling super glam with big bouncy curls! Saks is a wonderful addition to Knutsford!

Arrived on time for my hair colour appointment, on Saturday, but was disappointed to have to wait 30 minutes before I was seen. However, once being attended to my experience certainly improved. Very attentive service, offered drinks , magazines and generally well looked after. I was very pleased with my colour, and finish and even more impressed by the price - half price for first time customers. Will definitely return.?

From booking to leaving the salon with my new hair I had the best salon experience ever! Both girls were friendly and professional and a great advertisement for Saks. It was my first experience in a Saks salon and I will definitely be a regular now. Emma was my stylist and she understood what I wanted immediately and my hair looks & feels better than it ever has. Everything was perfect even the peppermint tea. I didn't have to wait and left on time too.

I love my haircut by Paula. It's lovely, and the treatment conditioner has led try hair super soft. All the girls were lovely and welcoming too.

I had a brilliant experience at Saks Knutsford. I needed someone to correct a dodgy colour I'd had done at another salon and I was greeted by such friendly staff who welcomed me. Amy was lovely and professionally talked me through exactly what options there were and we decided the best course of action together - with her professional opinion and my ideas about what I wanted. Paula and team are great. Skilled, friendly and I was very well looked after. Lovely environment and very good cup of tea. Would have been a small Glass of wine if it hadn't been before midday! Highly recommend.

Whilst visiting family I went to get my hair cut with Paula. I would recommend to anyone who wants an excellent haircut and blow dry within a salon which is friendly and very reasonably priced. First haircut only £25.... brilliant.

Although I live some distance away I will certainly be returning.

A fabulous last minute treat, excellent service and lovely stylist. Couldn't have asked for more.

Emma is a genius at both cutting and colour. Rest of the staff are always welcoming too.

Salon running late but no measage received to advise of this so sitting with three children waiting. Expensive for children's trim , £25! So late in chair , we missed next appointment for nails which resulted in a penalty fee of £ 40! Will not visit again. Lady begind us advised running 40 min late . Should have phoned her also. Don't think she will be repeat customer either
