A visit to Tone reinvigorates the soul. As a light blonde with very damaged hair they brought it back to health without compromising style or colour meticulously. The understanding and knowledge that was demonstrated in how to repair, restore and maintain my colour without compromise means despite living over an hours drive away I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are also an amazing team, they work as one and welcome you as soon as you walk through the door.

The best place for a first time Balayage experience, I’m delighted with the results and felt reassured, Edward listened to my request and his colouring expertise gave me the natural lighter look I was aiming for.
I’m very particular about how I have my hair cut and blowdried and after 11 months of searching for a new hairdresser in Chester I’ve FINALLY found what I believe is the best! Edward is super talented at what he does and very passionate, he’s also super lovely which is a bonus! The salon has a very welcoming and happy vibe with no egos in sight. I had a gorgeous colour, cut and blow and I can’t wait to return!

This was my first visit and I was unsure what to expect. I really appreciated the warm welcome I received and was offered a drink. I enjoyed the atmosphere. The music was upbeat but not too loud and the lighting was very calming. I then met Lauren who was fantastic over understanding the type of concerns I had over my colour (a result from another hair salon) and she instantly just understood the type of change I wanted. I opted for my hair to be toned as well. I found the chairs very comfortable with the leg raisers and Lauren was so gentle with my hair, I felt very relaxed. At the end, I was so pleased with my hair colour as I felt 'more me' and I was treated well. Thankyou so much. I felt happier because of this experience.

I’ve been for the first time but had a great experience. Although it was only a wash and blow dry it was the best I had had in a long time. I’m now wanting to come to her for my colour. Hopefully soon.
