About us

Crowne Spa Chester offers body treatments and facials for both men and women using award-winning [Comfort Zone] products, plus waxing, tinting, Jessica manicures and pedicures and much more. Pampering packages, bespoke treatments and gift vouchers are also available for special occasions.

Established in 2009 by professional beauty therapist Hannah Povey, Crowne Spa Chester has three warm and stylish treatment rooms adjacent to a large indoor pool with poolside relaxation area, a sauna, jacuzzi, steam room and gym.
Hannah trained at the world-renowned Lilian Maund College and spent over five years working at a five-star Chester hotel spa. Her philosophy is to provide the best care using the most up-to-date techniques and treatments and the highest quality products, whilst providing a welcoming, friendly environment which you will want to return to time and time again.

I was given lots of advice regarding my nails which unfortunately couldn't be worked on due to the condition of them, they were very informative of what I needed to do with them which made me feel that they cared about me. Ruth very kindly dyed my eyelashes which look fab and I'll be going back when my nails are stronger to have them painted.

My husband and i chose the 60 minutes massage! I felt at ease straight away! My Lipoedema in my legs was not a problem as the lady (sorry am awful with names) understood inmediatly as she had experienced the pain and bruising herself. We will be booking again as soon as we can visit Chester again! Felt 20 kilos lighter!

I had a lovely facial and pedicure today. Thank you Hannah, for a truly wonderful experience. Hannah wasn't able to give me the full one hour pedicure because I had acrylic nails which she couldn't remove, so she gave me a refund. Thank you again Hannah.

Although I only went in for an eye lash tint, I had a very warm welcome. The room was clean and tidy. It was explained what was going to happen doing the treatment. I felt extremely relaxed and will be going back again. The price was very good.
