I had such a lovely experience having my lymphatic drainage massage. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the therapist Jessica was so warm, kind and friendly.

She was really professional and took the time to explain the treatment, what it does and what I could expect, which made me feel completely at ease. The whole experience was so relaxing and I felt amazing afterwards! I was also advised to drink plenty of water afterwards, which was helpful.

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a nicer experience and would definitely recommend. I’ll absolutely be booking again! ❤️

I had a back massage with Hannah because I’d been having an annoying pain on my right side and was struggling to move properly. She was absolutely lovely — so friendly, chatty and really knowledgeable. She worked on the problem area and I honestly felt so much lighter and able to move again when I left her room. Such a difference! Thank you so much, Hannah — I really needed that!

I have experienced a lot of treatments from various spa’s & salons in Chester, but i honestly can’t find a better one than from the Crown Plaza! If you want an amazing treatment this is the place to go, would highly recommend.
