Super understanding ladies (Both Ella and Lucy) that have an amazing sense of humour and are extremely positive girls who uplift you and create an amazing atmosphere in the salon. I went from having super long roots to a creamy blonde all in the space of 3 hours! They both communicated everything and were transparent about the whole process. Everything looks seamless and I couldn’t be happier. ?

I had asked for more of my root colour to be brought through, with the evening out of an old dip dye changed into balayage. Instead I was left with patchy black brown hair which was such a shock. The dye was all around the root line of my face. It stayed for around a week! The colour I was left with was horrific and not for me or what I had asked for. It has taken till now for it to be corrected, through perseverance with another salon to fix it. I had never had my hair dyed, so for this to have my first was a shame. I wish I could submit a photo!
