I had my first hair cut with Terri yesterday, first time visiting the salon and I couldn’t have been made to feel more comfortable, drinks offered all the time, amazing head massage and really fanatic hair cut. Will definitely be back.

Magdalena is a magician. I love what she does every time. Everyone in the salon is so lovely and polite, always a lovely experience.

Felt so at ease and came home with a great haircut too. Very pleased and have rebooked.

Had a ballyage a couple of weeks ago, unfortunately some grey hair was showing through.
I called the salon and was told to come in for correction. Had this done today with Laura who has done a lovely job. These things happen it was put right, no fuss and I left happy. Already booked my next appointment.

For many years I have attempted to do my hair myself.I finally made an appt at Toni & Guys P’Boro last October and have continued to keep regular appts thanks to Magdalena,she not only cuts my hair so beautifully but her warm friendly nature and listening ear have inspired me to look after myself that little bit more.I have now made an appt to have my hair coloured professionally next month which I haven’t had for almost twelve years.I just needed a wonderful kind hairdresser and I’ve finally found her!

I came in to get a haircut in the Hope of having my cut where my hair sits nicely on my shoulder. I got a haircut shorter than that. I mentioned that it way too shorter than what I expected - stylist said it’s what you wanted, its hours have been shoulder length not neck. I cannot stress on how disappointment I am with this outcome.

Stella completely transformed my hair which gave me a much needed confidence for my photoshoot! Even tho she’s had a next customer waiting she took time to give me a perfect finish!

Happy with the cut

This was my first visit my stylist was Stefan. I had a cut and blow dry which looked lovely. We discussed colours for a balyage Stefan is very knowledgeable and I trust his judgement. I have booked for the balyage and have now doubt it will look amazing.

I was left with a bleach on my hair for 2 h without checking ant ths results in my g
Hair being badly damaged and started to feel off. I was very upset about it as you would think the Tony and guy know how to look after your hair. I paid 200 pounds and my hair will never be the same.

Having told Laura i was short on time and needing a cut and colour she absolutely smashed it, really efficient without me feeling like it was rushed..she’s a superstar !!

I had booked an appointment with this stylist. I wasn’t overall impressed with the service I had received. I showed the stylist how I wanted my hair but she didn’t do as I said she left my hair long from the front, the fades on the side isn’t done properly. After finishing the cut she didn’t clean the hair properly. I had hair all over my face which then she gave me the hairdryer to blow it in my face myself to remove the hair.
