I took my 3-year-old daughter for a haircut, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The stylist was not very welcoming, which immediately made us feel uncomfortable. My daughter is quite sensitive and not very cooperative during haircuts, and I was hoping for a bit more patience and a child-friendly approach.

There was no effort to comfort or reassure her, and simple things like offering a tissue, having a bin nearby, or making the environment feel more accommodating were missing. With young children, a little extra care and warmth can make a big difference.

Sadly, this visit did not meet our expectations. I hope the salon can improve its approach, especially when serving young children.

I have been having treatments to help with menopausal hair thinning and loss. I had my 4th treatment today. The new hair growth is noticeable all over my scalp. The thickness of my hair has increased too. I am so happy with the treatments, they have given me more confidence, and reduced the stress and anxiety I was feeling over my hair loss. 100% recommend a consultantation and starting the treatments if you are having the same issues.

I’ve been going to this Salon for years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Svetlana has always done my hair (balayage) and it’s always amazing!! I leave feeling happy and confident. I also suffer with psoriasis on my scalp, Svetlana recommended Nioxin scalp repair shampoo, conditioner and treatment. It has nearly cleared up all of my psoriasis, it helps with itching and it is no longer bright red! I couldn’t believe it. Svetlana also offers a treatment for this that I have in between my colour. It has drastically improved my scalp and my hair is a lot healthier.
Everyone in the Salon is always very friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing. Definitely recommend!!
