This was my first time ever going to a hair salon, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I came in with completely virgin, brown hair, feeling nervous about getting a blonde balayage.
Svetlana was absolutely amazing. She walked me through the process, made me feel incredibly comfortable, and worked absolute magic on my hair. The blend is seamless and the blonde looks stunning against my natural brown. Svetlana even helped by suggesting what products I should get to keep my hair healthy.
The salon itself has such a welcoming vibe, and they even offer you drinks while you get your hair done, which was a lovely extra touch. If you are looking for a talented stylist who listens and delivers flawless results, go see Svetlana. I will definitely be back!

After major postpartum hair loss and poor health and hospital stays had devastated my hair I felt so embarrassed and worried about my hair. I had been advised the wrong cut, too harsh a colour and didn't have the confidence to even try a new salon. I reached out and explained what issues I had, got booked for a consultation with James. He was wonderful. Lovely to talk to, understanding and really kind but straightforward that it wasn't as bad as I thought and it would be a simple fix. I thought i needed lots of different treatments but James explained the right colour and cut was all, o i massively appreciate that honesty too. He recapped again at my appointment to make sure we were still on the same page. It was a relaxing appointment and I managed to feel totally at ease part way through. James talked me through the steps and checked in with me. I ended up leaving with the brand new head I was dreaming of! I teared up looking in the mirror as he dried my hair and couldn't help but happy cry back in the car. Finally getting some confidence back and looking like a full head of healthy hair! Thank you James!

Sarah did the colours as requested which looked okay. However they are not so prominent as I would have expected and as the photo I produced. I thought that the next day they would look brighter, but they havent. Still very nice though. Sarah is a lovely person and we will be meeting again in May for a hair cut this time.

Perfection! I took a photo in to show Sarah what I would like and to ask if it was possible with the length my hair was. It was absolutely spot on and I couldn’t be more pleased. Another great experience with everyone at the salon when I wasn’t having a very good day. See you in 8 weeks!

James was fab! The experience was relaxing and I left feeling happy with the results. I’m always wary of trying new salons due to having a few bad experiences with stylists who have made my hair yellow or completely botched the cut. A good stylist is a rare find. Thoroughly recommend!
