My first time in Molbys. Emma was a very pleasant young lady. Talked me through the whole experience. Asked me what I wanted and checked my opinion throughout. A very good job completed. Will definitely see her again.

I booked the appointment online the same day, very quick and easy! Jack cut my son's hair! He did a fantastic job, chatting throughout and explaining what he was doing and checking in that it was what my son wanted! Very happy, will be back!

Quick effective service

I was made to feel very welcome from the start, and all staff were incredibly professional and hardworking. I was disappointed however. The hair salon is a financial commitment for me and I therefore don’t go very often. So when I do go I want to feel that my hair, time and money matters. My poor stylist had three clients on the go whilst seeing to me, due to a staff member being away. She was very apologetic and tried hard to make all clients feel seen, however I ended up feeling guilty that she was under so much pressure and felt compelled to settle for less when normally I would have perhaps asked for a bit more shape in the back for example. Instead of it being a rare treat for me, my visit became very functional and rushed. I felt sorry for my stylist who appeared to be doing her very best, but as a professional I’m sure she was not completely satisfied with her creations and the outcome for any of us clients at that time. I want to reiterate however how lovely the staff are.

I really enjoyed my haircut with Olivia yesterday afternoon. We had a chat about the colour and length. My hair is very fine and it needs some treatment in it as it gets very flyaway. I was given a bottle of cold water - it was a hot afternoon. I am very pleased with the cut and the attentiveness of both Olivia and everyone else.

Molby’s always takes the time and attention to give you a great haircut.

Over the years, I’ve tried to experiment with other salons (near where I work) but I’m never as satisfied as I am when I leave Molbys.

Milly transformed my mop. She was also very kind and friendly.

Olivia was great as she always is, she listened and came up with a plan forward that has given the best of both worlds... go shorter but not so short then if I like it go for the shorter style. So patient and lovely as always !! Recommend the salon and Olivia any day.

Olivia did my hair for the first time today & did exactly what l asked, she did a fabulous job thank you .

Came for a consultation and was very impressed, was met by friendly receptionist and then stylist who was also bright and friendly. Gave honest options and managed to fit me in next week in her busy schedule. Very impressed so far. Thank you. Hopefully new cut will be equally as good.

First impressions: A very clean, trendy salon with a warm, prompt, friendly greeting.
A selection of up-to-date magazines were available, accompanied with the offer of a hot cup of tea, coffee, and a variety of cold drinks - all included in the service. Glass of Prosecco, don’t mind if we do, thank you!

Nice atmosphere: on arrival, I noted polite, fun conversations being held with a range of clientele.
Despite being busy, stylists did not rush; they spent time, taking care with each client and seemed to manage their time well.

Wall art with pictures of staff attending regular training seminars, boast staff enthusiasm, passion, and knowledge. Thus allowing the salon to promote a wide range of services and products to suit individual needs and budgets. The salon also offers free consultations for those seeking advice.

Like all teenagers where appearance and confidence are most important, Henry, offered the best salon experience; spending the time to listen to my son, boosting his confidence, and also, to discuss the football!

This is the only salon where my son, Dylan, will happily return. It is the only salon where Dyl has been happy with how he looks when he comes out. He has received many compliments on his new (now regularly maintained) look.

Molby’s is an affordable, enjoyable experience, both for him as the client, and for me, even to just sit and wait.

Would highly recommend but would advise booking in advance to avoid disappointment.
