An excellent communicator with an easy and approachable manner. I'm very pleased with the haircut she gave me. There was a friendly entente and great team work in the salon. Will visit again.

We understood that this was the salon supercuts moved to. For a child's cut this previously cost £15. This time, the 15 minute cut, although good was vastly overpriced at £38. Unfortunately, this is completely unaffordable.

She had great advices on how my hair should be cut and at the end the result turned out even more amazing than I expected and I was really happy on how she did my hair, thank you so muchhhh and I would definitely be back ?

I visited the salon on Sat 22 Oct.Had received confirmation of the price beforehand with the receptionist on booking on 11 Oct, explaining the length of my hair and that I was using an offer received the same day via text message for £10 off a cut and blow dry. The receptionist said she would note this against my booking and all I needed to do was bring the message to take advantage of the offer.
Had an amazing haircut by a lady called Noreen. Very professional, courteous and friendly. She really listened to my needs and gave me a perfect hair cut, I was very happy with it.
When I went to pay I showed the receptionist my text message received to use the £10 offer and was informed I couldn't use it and no note had been made against my name. The Assistant Manager was then called to advise and said the offer could not be used as the system couldn't be changed. I was very disappointed by this especially as I had been told of the price when I booked the appointment which was made within the offer date. I told the Assistant Manager that this was very misleading and unprofessional to customers if prices were changed on paying. However not wanting to cause embarrassment to the salon I was about to pay. The lady who did my hair then confirmed that I would pay the price that was agreed which was £46 as she did not want me to be unhappy with the level of service received from Regis. To my amazement, the Assistant Manager stepped in and in front of me and other customers started telling her off. This was really unprofessional behaviour and not what I would expect to see from a Regis salon. I thought she would stop knowing that customers were listening but she continued to rebuke my hairdresser, arguing about the price to be charged. I know that salons are trying to stay in business and I'm happy to support my local salon, but this person's unprofessional behaviour in no way provided me with any incentive to return to this salon. Amazing haircut but very disappointing payment service. Customers should beware.

I was totally overwhelmed I felt I came out a different person and my hair so lovely when I left I will always now use yourselves as my forever salon to get my hair done

I had my hair cut by **** and am completely disappointed. I asked for a long Bob and have come out with all one length and shorter than chin length. It is not even and the back is shabby. They blamed this on a miscommunication and the fact I didn't have it blow dried. I am so upset and disappointed. The cut looks terrible and in turn makes me look horrific!
I will not be returning.

Love having my hair done here, stylists (&Wasula in particular)r all very good, helpful &friendly & also excellent hairdressers. Would definitely recommend.
