Booked for cut&colour but advised I hadn’t . No one available to cut hair. 50 round trip made . Not offered coffee as others were having a treatment. Felt very rushed. The top section of building was extremely cold Not a great experience. Probably won’t be returning. The young lady who washed/blow dried hair was very pleasant though. I know these are strange times but Customer Care is the key to making customers feel valued. Didn’t feel valued on this visit.
