Great customer service at the desk as usual.
Fay (colourist) was sunny and chatty as always and did a fantastic job.
I wasn't booked in for a cut but they fitted me in and I was really pleased with the finished result.
Salon is always kept clean and tidy. Customers offered drinks (even Baileys iced coffee with chocolate on the side!) so all good.

I love coming to Toni & Guy Cambridge, it is like seeing old friends, everyone is lovely and welcoming, very attentative. It is obvious the staff are happy and there is always a good vibe. I went here after my old hair dresser ruined my hair with dye and Fay and Tiffany sorted it out. I won't trust anyone else with it. I really appreciated their honesty too, with the previous look I chose it didn't suit me but they helped me find one that does and I really love. I can't recommend this place enough.

Becky has done an excellent job of colouring my hair again. I like that she is effortless in her demeanour and unassuming yet very accomplished.

The young lady - red head who looked after me with the wash, head massage and blow dry is very passionate about what she does and took great care throughout. I was very impressed with her.

Have been attending Toni and Guys for many years , just after it opened. Always found it a relaxing experience. Staff friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere and wonderfully trained hairdressers. Could not praise them enough. Love my hair!!!! You would love yours!!!!

With my mum, I followed Lea from London many, many years ago. We are not regulars (busy lives, lack of time,
not exactly on our doorstep :-( :-). But we choose Cambridge everytime. You always make us feel a million dollars. Lea what can be said in short, he is a women's dream guy for 2 hrs of well being and her hair :-)))). Becky goes over and above for her clients and through her we had a most delightful day today with Charlotte. Charlotte is exactly what we expect from T&G, trust, current trends , and someone that knows how to listen. So thank you T&G we very much look forward to next time ????

I've been going to Toni and Guy in Cambridge for 20+ years and it always has been and still is an excellent salon.

Hair colour by Julie today was great . Hair looks good and the whole experience was relaxing .

I had come to Toni in Guy with hair that was in need of rescuing after another salon had not given me the result I wanted. Amy did a wonderful job of restoring my hair back to a result and the condition I wanted. Thank you so much!

Had a relaxing time at the salon despite them being very busy. My hair was blown dry with confidence by a young female assistant/trainee and looked just as good the following day.

From the moment I stepped onto the premises today I felt the warmth and genuine care of all the team at Toni & Guy Cambridge.
The man on reception greeted me with smiling efficiency and flattered me by recognising my perfume. I was swiftly ushered upstairs and offered a variety of coffees whilst I waited in the chair for my stylist, the gorgeous Chris to talk through with me my style choice for this visit. Promptly the lovely Becky then stepped forward to confirm my colour mix and treatment before getting to work on the challenge of filling my head of thick hair with a variety of foils at speed whilst chatting with me in her familiarly friendly warm way.
Later I was escorted downstairs to join Chris and marvelled at his skilful sculpture of my beautifully streaked blonde hair using scissors and razor, transforming my middle aged image into a sharply styled new look...it's miraculous

I have been coming here for 25 years. Thank you for taking care of my hair, providing buckets of coffee, tea, and lots of loving care and attention. I didn't like the blow dry I got at all today!I was shocked because I had an amazing experience in Toni and guy London canary warf branch last year.

Very professional service in all aspects. Very pleased with my haircut.

Fantastic new colour thank you I love it

Lovely experience as always, my only critique is I love the head-massages provided here (one of the main reasons I come to Toni &Guy), however this time I was asked if I'd want one (making me feel a little bit of a nuisance for wanting one), and it seemed rushed and hurt... not what I'm used to here. The other minor feedback, would be to have foot rests at the wash-basins, especially when you're waiting 10 plus minutes for the toner to take- my back was killing!

Excellent all round:
Nice greeting, no hanging around, super knowledgeable hairdresser who gave fantastic advice and delivered a hair cut exactly as I had asked for.
Will definitely be going back and looking forward to some colour advice. My only regret is that I forgot to leave a tip as I was so excited about my new hair!

It's so perfect having Myesha back in the Cambridge salon,
I loved the advice and restyle. I felt totally pampered and left feeling funky and vibrant. I also liked the way I was looked after by reception.

I rang by chance this morning and got a cancellation with Sarah, she was friendly, welcoming and gave great advice as well as a great hair cut...she recommended product but didn't give me the 'hard sell' she was brilliant. I will return because of her.

With high hopes for a great colour, I booked a full head of highlights. I had significant regrowth, and long hair, but the person I'd booked with has done my (long) hair for 13 years. The work areas were dirty, used paper towels sitting on the floor, splashes of product not cleaned off surfaces. The senior colourist oddly aloof given a long history of visits. Not my usual experience. Then the lack of interest in my hair... My highlights were not checked before some came to remove the foils, which seemed unusual. After the wash, I said I was worried about the colour, and instead of going to get my stylist, they continued to dry. After a couple of minutes I stopped them, and asked them to get someone to check the colour. My hairdresser came back, decided toner was needed, and that process was commenced. She told the junior to give it five mins, then wash. After seven minutes I went looking for staff, and after ten the toner finally came off. By this time, I'd been in the salon for 4 hours and had to leave, with wet hair. Not a great experience at all. Won't be returning.

Anne did a great job on my colour and Tiffany as always cut it so well- sharp and flattering.

Had my second appointment with the lovely Ami today and it went as well as my first appointment with her. Obviously very well trained, knew what she was doing and just got the friendliest, most amazing personality. I will be seeing her now on regular bases. She is a great addition to the salon.

Amy was amazing she did the most beautiful colour and blonde bayalage! Paolo was also amazing can't get over how healthy my hair looks now and I'm so happy with the results! Lovely atmosphere, kind and welcoming staff and great chats! Would not dream of going anywhere else! 5 stars!
