I’ve been under the care of Lee for years and years. I had such a super time there yesterday as I am accustomed to! He keeps my hair looking fresh- colours and style but also thinking about the longer term plan with length. His understanding and knowledge of hair is limitless and I love the fact that he’s an expert. I know I just can’t do better and count myself as very lucky

The service provided by Angelina is second to no one. She is welcoming helpful and her workmanship exemplary. I have now been a customer of Angelo a for 19 years and would recommend her to all my colleagues and ftiends

As usual brilliant. She know what colour I wanted and style too. I always feel beautiful when I leave and my husband loved what she did to my hair at this appointment . Also I would like to mention the girl who washed my hair as she was so friendly and bubbley.

Most expensive worst cut ever had in December , waiting for it to grow , then have a good cut somewhere .

I have just left this salon disappointed and confused. A pleasant colour service was performed. However, the junior was rude and aggressive, when rinsing my hair. I did not get her name but was wearing glasses. I will be choosing their Peterborough salon for hope of better service.

I love coming here to have my curly hair cut and coloured by Katie .. She s fab and knows just what to do with it .. Finally at 63 I love my hair and it's so easy to look after too

Amy coloured my hair absolutely perfect. She is professional, treats me impeccably. The colour is glossy and good condition for weeks. Some of the apprentices can be rude and need more focus and manners, Caitlin especially.

I’m always worry when I have to go for haircut. I have very fine and curly hair and it is not easy to cut. Frankie done a great job and I broked already in for the next time. I deeply recommend her.

I had a great experience at the salon, I had to wait a bit but that’s understandable given that they were busy. I didn’t feel that I wasn’t looked after.

I've just written a really long review detailing how rubbish my experience at this salon was from start to finish but it went over the word count, such was my ordeal! In a nutshell, one of the worst blow dries I've ever had with terrible customer service before and after my appointment. Really surprised to have such a poor experience at Toni & Guy.

Charlotte is a legend - she has given me a style and cut I love. She listens and then cuts and styles really well.

A treat to hsve Fay back for my colour.

Angelina is a fantastic colour technician. Highly experienced and professional and always very warm and approachable.

It is a pity however that the blow dry is very often done by trainees. It is often hit and miss who will dry your hair and I have on a number of occasions been disappointed by this. I find I sometimes can’t wait to wash my hair and style it again myself.

It’s a pity as it should really be a professional and pleasurable experience from start to finish.

Both Angelina and Clare were kind, skilled and efficient. I’ve been coming to them both for over 20 years. I’m always extremely happy with what they do.

I came to see Charlotte for a wig consultation (due to forthcoming chemo) so obviously came into the salon feeling quite anxious about everything. Charlotte was just so lovely, nothing was too much trouble .. she gave lots of advice and made suggestions to different styles that could work for me. She really did go over and above a level and felt like she genuinely cared. The only reason I didn’t come away with a wig was nothing at all to do with her amazing service, just that we couldn’t get the right colours. Even then she still went further in looking into ordering further colours for when they became available. She is just a lovely, kind lady. Thank you so much xx

It was my first time at Tony and Guy in CB. My hair was a bit dull from dying it blonde and I was desperate for a cut. Myesha has done such a fabulous job. She cut me a funky long bob exactly how I have imagined it! Will be coming back. (All the other girls very really nice as well!)

Whilst my stylist did a great job of colouring my hair, the assistant who washed my hair did not wash out all the colour/product and therefore my hair was still greasy after it was dried. Upon realising this they offered it to be rewashed but I didn’t have time to wait for another 30-40mins for it to be re-done and therefore asked for a discount instead. However this was flatly refused. It seems crazy that a salon such as toni and guy would not be more willing to compromise and accept that customers are not willing to pay full price when their standard is not up to scratch.

Always a gentle calming person. Chose my speciality tea for me which was perfect for my sore throat.

Lee has been taking care of my hair for over twenty years. He has coloured, shaped, designed and freed my happy mop for all that time and because of his creativity and incredible skill my hair evolves and today I walked out of Toni and guy as per normal with my hair looking fantastic. Better than ever. I simply couldn't be happier and more grateful. I might be approaching sixty but I like to look stylish, individual and modern and Toni and Guy never fail to please. Brilliant!!
