Superb! A very friendly and efficient reception greets you. Shortly after arrival my stylist Myesha comes across to say ‘Hello!’ and then discusses how I would like my hair cut. Very friendly and professional throughout, she then creates exactly what we had agreed. Excellent,

Really good client care, followed exactly what I asked for. Very pleased with outcome. Was a bit busy and ended up with a fire alarm too, so only critique would be could have been a bit more relaxing!

Great as usual

Anne is very good and never disappoints ! Excellent colour . However as usual the drying part by one of the younger team member is terrible. Long nails scratching face and scalp, bad finish and flat dry... that part is always the worst of the appointment

I have been a client for 16 years and have been seeing Carol for many of them! Carol is an excellent stylist which is why I travel from North Norfolk to see her.

I am always hugely impressed with her technical skill, professionalism and interpersonal skills. She takes a very customer centric approach clearly focusing on the customer experience and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Which is why it is disappointing that the receptionists at my most recent visit did not offer the same focus on my customer experience.

I absolutely loved the professional expertise, care and attention to detail that Paolo gave today. He completely listened and understood what I asked and wanted from my hair cut. Would highly recommend !

It was like the transformation in Cinderella. Amy basically transformed my hair from something that resembled a dead fox/zebra hybrid, to this stunning mane that makes me feel like a pedigree golden retriever. She was really lovely and I am definitely returning. Thank you!
