About us

TONI&GUY, Cambridge opened in March 1993 by Managing Director Lee Gorton and has since won numerous awards including 'Director Of The Year 2009' at the TONI&GUY Business Awards. The success of the salon is the result of a hugely talented and dynamic team who are trained in the latest cutting and colouring techniques, at the Toni&Guy Academy, London. The team showcase their work at key events including London Fashion Week.

I had full head highlights with Annie yesterday. She was professional as always and made my blonde just perfect and as I wanted, only thing I have to add is that a girl that was washing and and brushing my hair must have been very junior, she pulled half of my hair when untangling and olaplex treatment was done extremely quick without head massage or even brushing through. I did say at the end of my visit my concerns in regards to olaplex and they just offered me expensive conditioners to carry on with.

Caitlin was fantastic with a great consultation and was clearly very experienced. She understands good customer service. Unfortunately the shampoo experience was very poor. The girl was very disengaged and never said a word, unpleasant and the shortest head massage I’ve ever had. Not the service I would expect. I have a recommendation for colour and will be back but I recommend that the juniors are provided a customer service refresher training.

The staff aren’t always the friendliest, but I’ve yet to have a cut that wasn’t good. They listen to what you want and discuss things with you.

Fay has done a miracle with my hair colour, what a talented caring professional hairdresser she is! Justina did a beautiful blow dry for me and i am usually very fussy with blow dry!
