TONI&GUY, Cambridge opened in March 1993 by Managing Director Lee Gorton and has since won numerous awards including 'Director Of The Year 2009' at the TONI&GUY Business Awards. The success of the salon is the result of a hugely talented and dynamic team who are trained in the latest cutting and colouring techniques, at the Toni&Guy Academy, London. The team showcase their work at key events including London Fashion Week.

Covid precautions were faultless — comfortable throughout. Overall solid haircut but shorter than I’d imagined — possibly to deal with lockdown growth. Thought we’d discussed growing fringe out so was surprised when she cut it back in. Felt a bit pushed to rebook because my next cut was mentioned so much. I didn’t rebook, and may try a different stylist next time.

Lovely to see Clare again after 5 months and I’m really pleased with the result. My last haircut was a week before lockdown started!
I would really appreciate being able to pay tips by some sort of card payment especially now with Coved-19 still around, as I am not happy to handle cash or use a bank cash dispenser. It is an unnecessary risk really.

Absolutely fantastic service and haircut. I was nervous going under current circumstances, but Laura really put me at ease. She wore a face mask and plastic visor the whole time, cleaned the stations thoroughly, wore gloves when needed, and was super friendly to boot. Who would have thought that you would talk of these things when reviewing a salon? Oh, and I should mention that the haircut was fabulous too! I will definitely be returning. They have themselves a new regular customer.

Anne was diligent & thorough & restored my COVID lockdown roots back to my pre adolescence colour.

She has done a fab job as always.

Everyone very helpful. Very hot in the plastic on the hottest day of the year. Staff working very hard. Lovely to have my hair coloured properly after lockdown. Concerned about the amount of disposable waste we are creating not just in hair salons.

Top job by a top chap. Went in with a fixed idea of what I wanted but very vague in detail. Lee was great at filling in the detail, explaining the reasons behind the choices and did a stonking job with lots of care and attention to the detail. Definitely will be returning.
