Jane and the whole team were great as usual - such a great place to have your hair cut. No wonder I've been coming here for about 15 years.

I have been a regular at this salon for about a year, but had my first appointment with Robin today, and I love my haircut! He did a fantastic job with the shape and was lovely to chat to. Will definitely book with him again.

Missy did an amazing job restyling my daughters hair from long and thick to a really funky and easy to manage pixie cut even prepared her hair and cut it in braids so we could send it to the Little Princesses Trust. As always a great personal service from Robin. I feel like he really listens and cares about my aspirations with my hair. He also offers advice about what will work or not. Doesn't just do it to keep the customer happy. Exactly what I want from a hair stylist!

Full service today - Becky for eyebrows and facial, friendly smile as always, gentle and knowledgeable with loads of good advice to achieve perfect skin. Lovely products too!
Then onto hair with Jane, the best hairdresser on the planet! Jane spends time thinking of haircuts and colour that will suit her clients. She talks through ideas and really listens to what people like and don’t like. She doesn’t just see a head of hair but considers how a hairstyle fits in with your personality and style. She makes me feel like my hair is part of who I am and I leave the salon feeling unique with a colour and cut that fit with who I am. My hair today has made me feel a million dollars and I love that it was styled just for me and that it won’t look like a 100,000 other haircuts you see in town. Even if you can’t book with the amazing Jane, you could go with anyone in this salon because the stylists are all incredible! Thank you gorgeous people!

I’ve been going to Muir and Kerr for many years and I love it there. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and my lovely stylist Amy delivers every time. Today I told her I was bored with my hair and she knew immediately what would suit me.

Vast was wonderful to work with. I have perhaps the best haircut ever. I never had gone before, since I'm only a visitor, but I made sure to book one more appointment before I leave. Vast is smart, skillful, kind, friendly.

Robin is Brilliant and wonderful to chat with, he makes you feel very welcome in the salon.

I love going to see Becky - she is so professional and really puts you at ease. She is the only woman I know that I can get naked with! From Hollywood wax to spray tanning me she always makes me feel comfortable- I would highly recommend. I was dreading my first wax but Becky is very gentle and talks you through it. Now I don’t know why I didn’t try it years ago! Everyone needs a Becky!

My daughter and I have both had very good haircuts recently. Friendly staff and happy to chat to my daughter whose hair looked gorgeous after it was curled.

Very badly done balayage!

Amy has cut my hair for more years than I can remember. And I cross Cambridge just to get there!

I have extremely dense frizzy hair and the lady did a lovely job getting it smooth! Unlike corporate salons she put a lot of time and effort into getting it as silky as possible. She was also very friendly. Corporate salons often charge you far too much for sub standard results but the value for money is excellent here. My only nit pick would be that they don’t have thick titanium straighteners which would’ve helped to get my hair that little bit smoother but other than that it seems like a great place! This was my first time going there.

I’ve been going to Becky for a while now and have always been extremely happy with my ultimate lash lift. Her beauty room is nice and relaxed and Becky is lovely. Would highly recommend!

Amy is amazing. Not only is she great at my hair but she is great at interpreting 12 year old indecisive daughter and giving her just what she wanted only better;)
