Wow! what a fantastic salon from a welcome greeting to finish style. All staff are friendly and approachable. I’m very impressed by my junior stylist. I am Extremely satisfied with my colour and finish. Well done keep up the great work and team spirit. I will definitely be going back and highly recommended it .

I love coming to this salon and getting my hair done by Courtney never disappoints as I’m always entertained with conversation and when getting my hair washed I always fall asleep because the head massage it 10/10 highly recommended Courtney she never disappoints

Whilst I’m happy with the way Megan does my hair, I was appalled to arrive today and be ‘stalled’ throughout the appt. I appreciate that sometimes clients can take a bit longer but this was even longer than that. When told it was because they were an apprentice short, I said that if I’d have known, I’d have rescheduled as I didn’t have loads of time to spare. My hair kept getting started and then stopped and was taking ages. Eventually, I was informed that there’s been a major mess up with my appt and that they were waiting for products from another salon. I was assured that they could start my hair and the delivery would be there soon. My stylist then had to leave the salon to go and collect the necessary products herself. Leaving me sitting and waiting for ANOTHER half an hour. I was in the salon for over 3 hours!! And I didn’t stay for my hair to be styled after as really didn’t have the time. Megan apologised and I felt a bit bad for her as I’m sure she’s not entirely to blame for not ensuring the necessary products for a prescheduled appt were actually on site. I would lay this with the manager. Certainly not how I run my business. A very frustrating experience - and of course was still charged the full price.

Courtney did my colour and cut exactly as I wanted it. She pays attention to detail and is calm efficient and very friendly. Showed me the products available to buy for my hair type and after using them I’m very pleased with how they leave my hair

Izzy has cut my hair for a while now and always gives the best advice. Today I decided it was time for something different and Izzy gave me a fab new short hair cut. Thanks I feel trendy again.

I had an amazing experience at The House of Hair with Leia M. She was so kind, lovely, and refreshingly honest about the results I could expect. Although my hair didn’t turn out exactly as I had first hoped, Leia was incredibly patient, corrected the toner, and made sure I left feeling really happy with the final result. Everyone in the salon was also welcoming — I was really well looked after with coffee and water throughout my appointment. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism, and would definitely recommend The House of Hair

Today, I visited the Salon for the first time and seen Courtney. (I had to.selct Izzy as Courtneys name.was not.an option). From start to.finish the experience was fantastic, I had a.lovely cup of coffee and a good.cjat with Courtney about how I would like her to do my hair. The Salon was clean and tidy and the staff were.professional. although I must say Courtney in.particular dis a fantastic job and made me.feel very welcome and relaxed. I will certainly visit again

I visit the House of Hair in Woburn Sands on a regular basis and Becky does my hair. She is a lovely person and an amazing hairdresser. She introduced me to a balayage which is much more natural than my previous highlights. I have my hair blow dried on a regular basis for special events. I highly recommend Becky and the House of Hair. Reasonable prices for Woburn Sands. Pay them a visit as it is such a lovely salon.

I had Izzy for a cut last week and was very pleased with how she cut my hair and how professional she was. Today I had a Brazilian blowdry with Courtney and absolute love my hair. Courtney was very professional and let me talked me through all of the process. She was very polite and will make a great stylist

Such a lovely stylist took the time to talk through the colours how they work in my hair how the toner works and how we were going to cut and style after. Made to feel very welcome by all the staff lovely coffee and felt very pampered thank you all. And absolutely thrilled with the results .

Katie, Becky and Courtney were amazing and patient. I had a very deep red (box dye) that needed to be stripped to take it back to copper. They worked together as a team and i walked out the salon very satisfied with the result, thank you to the team in Woburn Sands!

Courtney completed a wash, treatment and blow dry today, her service was fantastic. Courtney explained everything well whilst was going along. My hair feels and looks absolutely beautiful and feels so soft and silky.

I had Courtney today but can’t tag her name. She gave me my first ever wash and blow dry and oh my it was amazing. So relaxing and I enjoyed every second of it. My hair looked gorgeous too! Looking forward to my next visit with Courtney soon !

Due to Courtney being an apprentice I couldn't select her name but she was an absolute delight. Listened to my needs due to having curly hair and recommended great products whilst explaining what she was doing.

I've selected Becky as I couldn't see an option for Courtney. I found Courtney to be very professional and courteous. She made me feel very welcome from the minute I walked into the salon. She did my hair exactly as I wanted it and gave me good advice on what products would suit my hair. I was very pleased with the outcome and will definately be going back to her.
