Another great haircut. Megan is very diligent, attentive to detail, and takes the time to listen properly to what you want. She’s also genuinely pleasant and professional, which makes every visit a pleasure. I always leave feeling well looked after.

The first time I went I was very happy with the cut. On the third visit the cut was too short and a bit scrappy. There was no real style to it, it was a bit random and quite disappointing.

Megan is very understanding about my fear and ocd regarding my hair cut puts me at ease and is very reassuring when I'm feeling overwhelmed recommend going there 5 stars 🌟

I really enjoyed visiting today for a wash and blow dry. Ava transformed me and I left with curly bouncy hair. Ava listened to what I asked for and delivered perfectly, thank you.

Really great experience. I knew roughly what I wanted and Megan was able to advise on the bits I wasn't sure about such as fringe etc. My hair turned out better than I hoped and I left very happy. Great way to start the new year.

After a bad hair cut at a different salon and then another hair mistake Jelena and her team were SO helpful with helping me out and getting my hair back to how I wanted it! I will absolutely be returning for future hair cuts. A very friendly and welcoming place.

Megan was so lovely!!! She made Florence feel extremely comfortable throughout. Flo is only 5 years old and get extremely nervous before haircuts! She left feeling happy and even said “I’m glad we came here, mummy!”. We will be returning to the salon again :) thank you

Advised on the colour, colour is very rich in colour and had it curled. Daughter was treated well Def recommend them ( I think my hair dressers name is Paige but has no option to choose)

Honestly, Megan is the best! 💕 She always gets my colours just right and makes sure I’m happy every single time. If something’s not quite perfect, she sorts it straight away and we both pray to our hair gods to show love🤣 I always leave feeling amazing! She’s a total pro at blending roots and ends, it’s like magic ✨ Can’t recommend her enough, she’s the sweetest and so good at what she does! 💇‍♀️💖

I came in with BLACK BOX DYE asking to go for light brown with highlights, I felt in doubt that my hair would lift, but god was I wrong. Kelly and the team were simply amazing 💕 Not only did they do an incredible job on my hair. But I felt so welcome in the salon, and I was very looked after. They ensured I was comfortable all throughout this process as this was my first time in a salon 💇🏽‍♀️
I will keep going back as and when needed for any touch ups as the years go on. 11/10 experience!
May I also add… I came home , and my family also had commented how AMAZING my hair smelled.

Megan did an amazing job on my cut and colour. She got the colour I wanted perfectly. Would definitely recommend her.

Managed to get a last minute curling app & blow dry for myself and my daughter for a wedding. Didn't get the trainee who did my hairs name however she and Courtney were lovely & made us feel at ease. My daughter is painfully shy and she was made really comfortable. We come here from time to time to stay with family, will definitely come again. Really fair prices too.

Izzy has been doing my hair for two years now and I am always pleased with the result.

I travelled a two-hour round trip after an attentive consultation with Meg. While I was happy with how my hair turned out, the experience completely overshadowed that. I don’t believe Megan was solely responsible, as the salon itself was poorly managed that day. However, that doesn’t excuse the lack of warmth or professionalism.
I wasn’t seen for 40 minutes initially. I was left waiting four or five times for up to 30 minutes each, and still had foils in my hair over three hours later at 4:40pm. Meg was juggling multiple clients, sometimes checking my foils without saying anything. She cut off conversations and didn’t return to them, barely spoke to me, and the atmosphere was uncomfortable.
I asked for a coffee that never arrived. No one offered me a drink. I was left alone in a side room for an hour with little acknowledgment. An assistant washed part of my hair without putting a towel down, so water dripped down my back and t-shirt. The salon felt chaotic, with staff repeatedly saying how stressful things were without an apprentice. Another customer had to leave at 5pm with wet hair.
After sitting for over five and a half hours, I left feeling anxious and overlooked. While I didn’t feel Megan made me feel valued or listened to, I understand this may not reflect how she is every day. The stress in the salon clearly impacted her ability to offer professional service.
I contacted the manager hoping for acknowledgment of wider issues, but the responses were brief, lacked accountability, and framed it as a personal problem. I was only offered a phone call apology, which I explained I couldn’t take, and nothing further was offered.
After a 5.5-hour appointment, being asked to pose for photos felt entirely inappropriate given how uncomfortable the experience had been.
