Ever since we started, we have taken great care to listen carefully to our customers with this approach we are able to create a look that is the perfect balance between your desires and our professional input. We make a point of not trying to lean towards certain styles or techniques that you might not be interested in.
For us, there is no 'hard sell' there is only you, what you want and what you deserve.

Had a brilliant haircut by LEN today and colour with KATIE. I always leave the salon really happy with my cut and colour. I’ve been a client there for 4 years. The salon is not too big, the atmosphere relaxed and all the staff are friendly.
I would totally recommend Renaissance.

Katie is a fantastic stylist and colourist, she has grown in confidence since becoming qualified and has given me beautifully balanced, natural looking highlights, which I'm delighted with. Katie was very welcoming today and yesterday when I came in make the appointment, couldn’t have been more helpful. Mark was his usual charming self, he always deals with my (not easy) hair with skill, care and great explanations. I left the salon feeling much happier, as usual
