Aimee has been my hair stylist for years. Not only mine but my two daughters’ as well. My hair is always coloured, cut and styled to perfection. Aimee is not only very good at what she does but she is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly to talk to, especially as having hair colour done takes few hours. I alway leave happy and very satisfied with the end results!

My 5 year old Daughter has really curly hair, came in as a walk in and they managed to fit her in which was amazing. Was going to wash her hair but she was too small to fit the basin, sprayed her hair down a little and cut about 3 pieces of hair. She came out with it uneven and not looking much different. Paid £20 and left. Called this morning to say how I was unhappy and they got my daughter in straight away. I washed her hair prior to the appointment and it is now cut even and I am very happy. Was made aware it was a trainee which cut her hair which doesn't bother me as we all need to learn but would have been nice to make us aware she was training and have her work checked before we left. If unable to or not confident then I would have preferred to have the option to rebook with someone who was capable. Still a good review as you booked her in straight away and rectified the issue. Her haor is now dry and is straight and as expected so thank you so much.

I had my hair cut today and while the hairdresser was friendly and welcoming, I was a bit disappointed with a few things. Since it was my first visit, I was under the impression I’d receive a free treatment, but this wasn’t offered or mentioned. During the blow dry, a round brush wasn’t used 1 just a normal one, so the finish wasn’t quite what I expected. I also left with hair all over my dress, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. I appreciate the service overall, but these details did affect my experience.
