Very disappointed with my haircut. Went to the same person that cut my hair a few good months ago and this time I feel they just butchered my hair. I asked for a textured bob and I ended up having a layered bob. Kept thinning my hair until there was almost nothing left. My hair is straight and they insisted it's actually wavy, therefore now I have a haircut that looks horrible. When I got home realised they left one side longer than the other as well as the hair looks different on the sides. One side is thinner than the other. Went back to tell her about it and she said, I quote "Oh yeah". Proceeded to straighten it and said " there you go". Not even an apology, nothing. So disappointed. I don't recommend. Needless to say, i'll never go there again.
came in for highlights. I showed the stylist my images and she said it was achievable in one session. ended up looking nothing like the photos and i’m so upset and can’t go out. eventually i got a refund but even then they didn’t apologise!
Excellent hair cut and blow dry with Laurie and what a lovely friendly person. My hairdresser for the future.!!!
