WOW! Had my very first visit today with Florence!!! I left extremely satisfied with what she did with my hair. I gave her a couple of pictures and she went above and beyond my expectations. She was great, made me feel as though she has known me forever. Very welcoming. She is the type of hairstylist I could say, "I trust you, do what you think would look best" thank you Florence for a wonderful experience!!!

I picked Fergal Doyle at random a year or so ago and so glad I did. Going to a hair salon has always been something I avoided. Never felt comfortable and hated the typical small talk that every hairdresser seems scripted to say. My hairdresser is Sophie and from the get go she made me feel at ease. I look forward to getting a hair cut now. It's more like catching up with a friend whilst getting your haircut. Everyone working there seems to have the same etiquette. It's just a really noce environment. Highly recommend!

I'm very pleased with the result. I had a very skilled, experienced and pleasant stylist in Shayla. Always a good experience at Fergal's.

My aim was for a stylist to see me , my personality and create a look to fit - I was not disappointed! Shayla c gave me a crop with movement and clever use of layers on my very fine hair. The result? I had my new client appointment with shayla at druid rd salon she was very professional and friendly. She asked what I wanted in my hair cut also she explained to me all the processes and asked me my opinion with the cut as she was doing it and advised which was a better option for me I have short hair but really thick I am very happy with the process and cut

I had a wonderful hair cut with shayla at druid rd salon she listened to my concerns about my hair and we came up with a plan for my new hair cut and she asked me on every step of haircut if I was happy or wanted to change anything about it before we went further with cut which is so refreshing

The young woman greeted me with care, kindness and good humour. I'm not very chatty and she matched me. It was a relaxed and positive experience. 10 out of 10

My daughter went in for a haircut on Thursday. I had to go away for a few days so hadn’t seen her. She mentioned the front of the haircut was uneven on either side. This was infect true and a disappointing cut all round. We went back to the salon today to ask to cut it so it would be even. The gentleman at the desk gave the impression he wasn’t interested and didn’t apologise. He offered for us to come back another day or go to the other salon on whiteladies road. We opted to go to the other salon. He said he would ring up the other salon to explain and pre warn them we were on our way. When we got to the other salon they didn’t know anything about. It was awkward and frankly unprofessional. Thankfully the stylist was very accommodating and cut what was an amazing cut. The point I would like to make is that I found the staff at stoke bishop uninterested, had no accountability or pride in their work. What I would have liked is a simple apology from the woman that did an appalling haircut on my daughter. I will say the staff at whiteladies road were lovely, professional and very welcoming.

I had Jay a new stylist in training got to say i left feeling happy after having a cut and blow dry and patch test and consultation to have my hair coloured. He went through everything as wanted to have my grey hairs blended to box dye and he come up with a plan which I can’t wait to see the out cone

I took my 14-year-old daughter for a haircut today, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we walked in, the service was warm and welcoming. Maddison, our stylist, was absolutely wonderful - she took the time to understand what my daughter wanted and gave her a beautiful cut that she absolutely loves!

Salon was buzzing, busy, busy, busy. I still got a warm welcome, was treated with utmost courtesy and respect (as always). I was given a lovely latte and left with my hair looking amazing and feeling great. 😊

Florence was fantastic today, she worked hard to achieve an idea I came up with just hours before, which was totally different to what I booked in for, all the staff are great. Jay, more than happy to step in and be an extra pair of hands today too :) Sophie also played a part in my colour transformation they were all fantastic.

I have tried lots of salons and hair stylists over the years but always come out thinking it will be ok when I've washed it and dried it my way - not anymore . I walk out of FD feeling fabulous !!! All the stylists there are so friendly and so lovely - a great experience

Had a cut and balayage done by Jay on Saturday and over the moon with it. Had a glass of Prosecco whilst at the salon too which made the experience even more enjoyable. Hair feels refreshed and looks amazing

Fab experience

Long blow dry - Booked a last minute appointment today as I was in too much pain to wash and dry my hair myself, as always I was warmly welcomed, had a lovely chat and a cup of coffee and came out with my hair styled exactly as I asked. I trust all the stylists at this Salon they are fabulous.

Sophie did an amazing job, a complete new style and colour. I love it.

Fergal is amazing .. I see my hair as a worthwhile investment, and he delivers. Superb cut and colour and I feel like a million dollars. If he relocated to the Outer Hebrides I’d be putting my home on the market 😂
