Had an appointment at the Nailsea salon this morning for Highlights and a cut with Becci. We reviewed my colours ( which I hadn’t been entirely happy with on previous occasions), and she came up with a combination which gave me a blonder look. I was delighted with the results and my cut was great too! Thanks Becci!!

Excellent my stylist listened to what I wanted and gave me such a lovely cut and blow dry I had a bad experience at another salon a few weeks back I was nervous about trying a new salon but I shouldn’t have been so pleased with my experience

Had the most relaxing morning , with a beautiful stylist, who made my day even better with my lovely colour and cut. Friendly and gave excellent advice . Also enjoyed with two pots of coffee . Wonderful and very happy indeed .

Another fabulous hair colouring and haircut experience with Chloe today. She did such a good job at interpreting which colours to use on my hair and love my hair appointments as it feels like visiting a good friend and chatting to Lita too.

Was really pleased with my visit to Nailsea salon, would definitely return. I have given three stars for cleanliness and atmosphere as building work was in progress but I’m sure otherwise this would have been five stars.

One of the best salons I’ve ever been to. In the past I have had good hairdressers but I can honestly say Chloe is the best I have had so many compliments. The rest of the staff are so friendly and helpful.

I am so happy I decided to come to this salon again, this is the first time I’ve seen Gemma and she was just a breath of fresh air! Professional, perfect advice, listened to what I wanted and we came to a realistic expectation of what I could achieve in that visit without wrecking my hair! She was chatty, bubbly and I could just tell she loves what she does and is an complete expert in her field. She took time with me, and I left knowing I will definitely be back, would recommend to all my friends and family!

I’ve been a regular client at Broad Street Nailsea for more than a decade, and always find a friendly welcome there, and a great professional service. I normally have a shampoo and blow dry which was the reason for my visit today. I was seen without delay and as always I was not disappointed with the results.

Gemma has been cutting my hair for a few years now. I took my daughter for her first haircut with Gemma and it was great. She was a little unsure to start with but Gemma just played with her and gave her some combs to occupy her without making it feel rushed. We ended up with a trim which for the first attempt looks great and hopefully will help her to build her confidence. Thanks again Gemma.

I always feel in good hands at Broad Street! Tasha always fully understands what I’m looking for and explains what she’s doing all the way, so no silent fear during the drying stage where you think that might be the end result…sometimes it’s better to finish a style once it’s dry. I always come away feeling fabulous! I’m so glad to have the quality of this service so local to me.
