Always greeted with smart friendly staff. Have been going to Backwell for a number of years and always have a good cut. Salon is up to date and immaculate. Simone is brilliant!

As professional and lovely as ever

Very friendly salon ,and a really super cut. I normally struggle having my head tilted back over the Basin for a shampoo but the chair was a recliner , so it took the pressure off my neck - very comfy and a relaxing shampoo. Would recommend this salon and will return .

Emma has been cutting my hair since about 2011 and I have never had a bad cut. In fact Emma can also dry my hair better than I can! The only hair dresser I have had who could do this. Excellent service and highly recommend.

Really happy with everything, great cut, great service. Had my 8 week old daughter with me which could have been difficult but was made to feel welcome and at ease. Will go again.

I enjoyed my experience, Emma is always so professional, but I do feel that the salon needs some upgrading it’s in desperate need of some TLC and the prices charged reflect this.

I haven’t had my hair cut for over a year and it was like a bush! Ellie wash, cut and blow dried my hair this valentines afternoon and got rid of all my dead ends! She was lovely and I will definitely be back for my colour ❤️
